I recently moved here, 4 months ago. I was a bit like a fish out of water as I've always lived in a house. Well, I love it! The Kensington is a small complex that feels like a small, friendly neighborhood. Lots of animals, children, yet quiet at the same time. Something for everyone from the pool to the workout room or the the coffee room. The maintenance men and property manager are not only accommodating but responsive as well. Best decision I ever made!

Great place to live, very quiet, 20 mins from Toga, Albany, Troy and Schenectady!

Never answers the phone tried multiple times to get in touch to inquire about a unit and never heard anything back
