Instant classic. So much history in this building, and they’ve made a great transformation into a sophisticated, magical space. Great service, although we were shocked to find out the bartender at this Deco-rated time capsule of a bar had no idea how to make a MANHATTAN. Lots of great touches. Worth it.

One of our favorite restaurants! Food is excellent and the ambiance is perfect. You don't feel like you're an inch from times square at all which is incredible. Definitely bring a full wallet though

Not enough stars to accurately describe the absolutely outstanding dining experience. It will be our go-to place in Manhattan.

I went to this restaurant for the first time on Friday Dec 23rd. I had just bought tickets to a show and wanted some lunch. I didn't find anything appealing on the lunch menu so I decided to finish my wine (very yummy) and return for dinner. The waiter was pushy and wasn't using the best listening skills. After pushing me into a dish that my pallet didn't care fore. I spoke to the manager, Carolyn. SHE is very kind. She understood my displeasement with having to justify my disinterest in the lunch menu. I also explained that I reviewed the dinner menu and would return later. She more than rectified the issue.
I called today so that I may obtain her full name to leave a glorious review. HOWEVER, I spoke with yet another staff member who's listening skills are lacking. I simply asked to speak with her and/or to verify her name. She began to ask what it was in regards to, so I shared "my experience with the restaurant". Instead of verifying the name I was given the run around. I called three times, for a name. I was told another manager would contact me, which did not happen, then I was given an email. This lack of service and respect is what brought my rating down. I was hoping to shine light on this restaurant but, the shadows of several staff members dominate the whole establishment.
I also attended a closing night party that same evening and the servers were below average. Very short, you can see the displeasure on there faces of working that evening.

The only thing positive about this experience was Carolyn (I do hope I spelled her name correctly.)

Greg is my favorite bartender. His drinks are consistent, his recommendations are on point and his lively attitude warrants the continuous return. The food is also excellent as well. Thank you for your stellar service sir.

Food was fabulous, and service was even better. Our waiter Scott took great care of us. The dining atmosphere was intimate, perfect way to celebrate a special occasion.

Barfed same evening. Was either oysters or the scallops. (We asked for west coast and got a mix of both also). The service was fast but overly annoying. Got asked to clear our plate 3 times in 10 minutes. Was a relatively empty restaurant so unsure of why the rush? Unfortunate since it seems like a cool spot.

I have been to the Lamb’s Club for both a brunch and dining sitting and both experiences were exceptional. The space is funky and very comfortable. And there is no trace of Times Square whatsoever even though you are just half a block away. Great spot for pre or post theater bites. Service is efficient and attentive. For dinner recently I had the steak tartare to start. This was a good mix of flavors without overpowering the beef. Second, the Stanford White burger. One of the best burgers in the city. And for dessert, the seasonal pumpkin cheesecake. This was a great fall taste with great textures. Super experience and I recommend it to all.

Varied and interesting menu. Great ambiance. Attentive server got us out with plenty of time for a show.

Came from Arizona and decided to have some cocktails and apps, the food outstanding. Great cocktails and the service soo good, Chef Darion exelente job in that kitchen, Arturo awesome!

I had been to the bar at the Lambs Club before and liked the atmosphere & cocktails. Came this evening for a pre-show dinner. After being seated, without menus, we sat there abandoned for almost 10 minutes before the Dining Room manager noticed and jumped in to bring us menus and take our drink orders. But, mainly I was really unimpressed with the food. I ordered the veal raviolini, which should be delicate pasta pillows, filled with veal in a brown butter sauce. This was heavy, overly salty in what seemed to be a Marsala sauce. My husband’s fish and mussels also proved to be overly salty and overcooked. Also, we ordered plain pasta for our two children and we were charged $30 (!) per plate for plain spaghetti. Very disappointing evening. I will give high marks to the Lambs Club G&T.

Chef Michael White and the entire team have surpassed themselves…… WOW - the space, the cuisine, such an iconic space to enjoy all that the Lambs Club has to offer inside the Chatwal Hotel …… Definitely recommend a visit ….
