Had a really good experience here. The staff was very professional and comforting both before, during, and after the surgery. Extremely happy with my results.

Whomever is in charge of making/changing the appointments is terrible. I wasted my time waiting for nothing because they had told me that I was scheduled for an appointment at my site of choice but when I went in today I was told they scheduled me for another location. Completely unprofessional. I'll go elsewhere.

I did the PRK surgery which is recommended for those who particupate in activities that may involve facial trauma (professional fighters, police officers, fire fighters, construction workers, etc) because it shaves off eye cells as opposed to creating a flap like Lasik. Lasik has a much quicker recovery time though.

I was in the facility for between 1 and 2 hours for my surgery appointment. I had 20/400 vision with a slight astigmatism before surgery. After 5 weeks, I am now seeing with 20/15 vision! Everyone was very knowledgeable, patient, and personable about my concerns and questions. Dr. Beyer did my surgery. Dr Patel officiated the other parts of the process including testing my eyes, and answering my questions. It felt like I was in the Operating Room for less than 5 minutes. I did not feel the laser at all but I smelled it working.

I have recommended this process to a family member who was hesitant about it because they run a very comprehensive test on your eyes, before you can get the surgery, to make sure you are a good candidate for the surgery and discuss your options, in full, with you. The first few days after surgery are a little difficult as your eyesight is blurry, eyes are very photosensitive, eyes feel like a 5/10 on the uncomfortable scale, and feel very dry, but it cleared up in about a week for me. The most difficult part of the process is remembering to use the artificial tears every hour after the first few weeks. You'll remember the first few weeks because the slight uncomfortable feeling from the dryness in your eyes will remind you, but after that feeling goes away, there is no physical stimuli to remind you. Cost-wise, it will most likely run anywhere between $4k and $7k in total depending on insurance. They use CareCredit which is really easy and has a lot of accommodating options for payments. I am loving my vision and am very grateful to the staff at LVI.

Had my lasik surgery this Friday (short-sighted, about -7 both eyes), July 23. Very professional. I needed monovision and was guided through pros and cons really well. Went for it. The procedure went smoothly and quickly, I was scheduled for 2 pm, was done by 2: 30. Now I see well both in the distance and up close - monovision works better than I expected. I really recommend this clinic. The price is great and the quality is excellent. I'm sincerely thankful to the doctors and nurses who do the exams and treatment. My only regret is I should have done lasik many years ago. It's so much better than glasses or contacts.

The surgery day, and results were good. Missing stars because just for poorly run/organized business and poor customer service.
Office staff seem bothered by customers. Fist day, staff was quite rude to a custom on the phone. 3rds visit, the staff didn't look up or a acknowledge me at all. I signed in and sat down. Checked with them 5mins later to find they didn't want me to sign in, just give my name. So. Why ignor me when I walked into an empty office and for 5 mins while I was sitting 10 feet away? In general staff just seemed upset to have to interact with customers.

Disorganized. After 2nd appointment, said they would call to set up final appt. Never did. I called and 15 mins later had one scheduled. No reminders or conflation of appointments set. When they had me in the chair, "what is the reason for your appointment? ". Um, shouldn't you know?

Even by new york standards, service and orgization is below par.

I had lasik here in 2014. Its 2023 and i still have 20/25 vision. They made it easy and comfortable. Highly recommend. For reference, left eye was -7.25 and right -6.25

When I called for a consultation. They won't disclose the doctor they have available unless you go in for a consultation. Which is unlike other places.

Went in for a consultation. Jada explained everything clearly. I
asked for which doctor is better, so I can have the surgery done with him. And when I ask what my prescription actually is. She explain my change in prescription is okay to get the procedure.

I was given a folder with the info of the doctor, Dr. Bley and a consent form to sign. Only later to find out, the doctor they schedule to perform the surgery is not the doctor as presented in the folder.

The estimate came out to be $4200 which is cheaper than other places. But I decide not to get it done here.

Only two days later and I had 20/10 vision! I couldn’t believe my eyes (pun intended). The staff and doctors were all incredibly helpful in finding me a solution that worked best for me. Best decision I’ve made in a long time. Shoutout Jada for being so amazing throughout the whole process and answering any questions I had about the procedure. Surgery was literally 10 minutes and here I am living my best life, glasses and contacts free:)

I’m one day out from LASIK surgery and feelin great! Seeing great too — 20/15 according to the vision exam. The doctors, surgeons, and staff were warm, helpful, and reassuring. Klelya took my initial measurements and answered any questions and concerns I had. The surgery itself was a little uncomfortable but very brief and well worth a lifetime of better than average vision.

Super fast and they were so accommodating and nice! The team walks you through the entire process from beginning to end and honestly made me feel a lot better about everything. They made me feel so calm and comfortable. Highly recommend, if you’re second guessing, just go for the consultation (it’s free) and take that jump cause it’s worth it!

Procedure went extremely well! Followed instructions and after my 4 hour nap post op, I felt no more discomfort or anything and immediately began to see results! The staff was extremely friendly and I’m definitely referring my friends/family here!
