The Laundry On Graham, Brooklyn NY

I want to like this place but the staff don’t wear masks. Why should I have to risk my life just to do my laundry?

I used this place for wash and fold service for a couple months with no problems, very nice staff? Quick turnaround time, but once my sheets came back with weird stains, dark blue on a white duvet and yellow on my floral sheets. They were kind of expensive (the sheets) and now the stains won’t come out, so I’m going to try another place.

Terrible service even though they treated me badly without me having done anything more than that the machines don't work right waste of time and money.

This is a placa that I will never more come in to do my laundry.
I just got the machine 21 to wash a big amount of clothes and the machine doesn't provide enough water. It is the biggest one snd cost $4 75 to wash. I show the problem yo the attendant who ignores me and act as it was the normal.it means my diaper didn't make any bubbles, and all the cycle was almost dry. She refuses to help me do my job in another machine for free.
NEVER MORE COME BACK.
Laundry is supposed to have lots of water!

I’ve been to this place several times, and I’m a believer that somethings can be given a second chance.because you know I might have picked the one drying machine that doesn’t dry well. Today I went and walked 3 blocks with a heavy suitcase and I waited past rush hour because this laundry mat is small and gets cramped too quickly. So I get there an hour before closing (it only takes me 45 mins to do laundry) and the lady tells me I can’t do laundry because she already cleaned the machines and asks me to leave. Never going to this place again.

I would give 5 stars but the owner of this place really needs to fix the machines! The employees are nice, especially Bumi, who runs around to help people. To the owner: FIX THE MACHINES AS THEY ARE ALL BROKEN!
