As a first time home buyer, especially hearing so many nightmare stories my wife and I were very nervous. I have to admit that Michael katz and his staff have been amazing, they held our hand through out the whole process, always gave updates, very responsive and on top of it all saved us over $15000 at the closing table without asking for any additional fees even though we drove them nuts. Definitely recommended without a question! Amazing experience! Our go to law firm for life!

I would not recommend this law firm! They are a scammer and full of lies! Stay away from them! They tried to charge me extra 500$ for no reason without telling me. And I found out in closing statement. The attorney (who doesn’t even work at this law firm and somehow was representing me for my closing) promised me I will get 0.25% mortgage tax back, since I am doing a hard money loan.and after closing, they pretend there is no such thing! This is the worst law firm I have ever seen! They will try everything they could to steal money from you!

Terrible firm. They advertise they will give you an initial consult. Ask you for all your information, then duck you for a month without giving a fair assessment. Stay away from these guys.
