The LEGO Store Walden Galleria, Buffalo NY

The staff is soo helpful and joyful in this store. I was carry a box around and still shopping, one worker offered to put it on the back counter to hold for me. My daughter picked out a set and another worker did the same so we didn't have to carry them around. They had someone showing a demonstration of one of the new Lego sets and that was cool too. Another worker offered my daughter a free Lego magazine too! Just awesome. Thank you all soo much. Jacque, Sean, David, Devon, and Jonah.

Always a pleasant time to visit the Lego store! I've never had a bad experience with the personnel there. Looked fully stocked too!

Looked at the Millennium Falcon. Gentleman working acted like a know-it-all when we asked questions. Really rude.

Most favorite store in the mall, friendly and so very helpful associates answered all my questions recommended other sets with a more challenging build. I will be back soon so nice taking my new kitsch right home.

Great Store with Excellent Customer Setvice. But, this review gets even better.
I had 2 missing pieces in my kit.
The Windshield and side Windows were missing. I email Lego Corporate. They Overnight ship the pieces. I get an apology letter, with a phone number for tech support. So I call it it. A human answers on the 2nd ring. No runaround, no voice prompts, I was speechless. What Company does that anymore? LEGO does!
Finished the Model and it looks amazing.

These guys are well stocked, and they are friendly. They have held onto a few sets for me to pick up.

Workers are very engaging and showed off some of the display sets! Very interesting to see how the motors and lights work! Always stopping in here when I'm at the mall! Great for everyone!

Always helpful, whenever something is out of stock, they walk me right up to the counter, order it online and I receive the package a few days later

Love this store. Go-to when it comes to birthdays and Christmas. Staff is always so helpful on everything and a great when my kids ask a lot of questions regarding different sets.

Beautiful place! Well lit, made me think of a lot of childhood memories. They had displays of many of the products they sold and had friendly staff. One even wore a ️‍ on his uniform.
