Tara the property manager was extremely helpful & professional. This is the first lease I’ve had in over 20 yrs, as I’d sold my house.
Also, I had some unexpected issues with the initial moving company and she was very pleasant.
I am currently very happy with The Links at Centerpointe Townhomes! I have had a few issues in the past that have been resolved!

The only "problem" I have with The Links is the insecticide and snake repellent they use. I looked up snake repellent and apparently there is none (thank goodness) and I hope the insecticide is environmentally friendly.
Also, I do not use the garbage pickup and yet I have to pay for it every month. I take my garbage and recycling to a center near my barn which I have already paid for. Why can't I be exempt from that? I struggle as it is to make payments. This deduction, which, like I said, I don't use, would be helpful.
Otherwise, I like living here. I like the quiet, the friendly neighbors, the easy access to work in Canandaigua, the staff, and the privacy.
Very well maintained, quiet property. Neighbors are friendly but not intrusive. Tara has been very helpful. My dog loves it here!
Great location and town homes. Staff was friendly, professional, and prompt. Never had any issues getting the rare maintenance request taken care of. Lived here for 3 years and would definitely come back if I ever needed to live in the area again.
