Nice community that, has community events and fantastic staff! Grounds are kept up well and the living spaces are cozy

I haven't lived here but I want to write a quick review based on the experience I had with the property manager. I was looking for a large townhome recently and I spoke with, I think his name was Joe, and he was extremely pleasant and honest. I was shocked at how honest and professional our conversation was, he told me the truth about the rate at which rentals were renting instead of trying to trap me into putting a deposit down on a unit that would be there tomorrow most likely. I also thought it was great that he asked my opinion on a couple things that I value as a renter and an application process they were thinking of trialing. Really felt after our chat that it's an honest place and if the units are the right fit, worth a look! I only ended up elsewhere as I found something larger than what was available at the time. It was just refreshing to speak with an actually honest property manager instead of some of the ones that have attempted to scam me in the past.

I love living at The Lofts. My townhouse is beautiful and spacious. The complex is well maintained and neighbors are very friendly. Annemarie and staff do a great job! Thanks

I love this community! Great management. Fantastic maintenance team. Garage is small and parking can be a problem but overall, a great place to live!

The lofts are well maintained comfortable and convenient to most destination within a couple hrs.

Lived at the Lofts for 2 years before buying a house. Was the perfect location, good amenities, good staff, friendly neighbors. No issues really.

Reason for the 3 star review is their move-out policies. In the lease it specifically states the apartment is to be left in "broom clean condition". Yet they deducted $200 from my security deposit because they apparently require the carpet to be professionally cleaned (using only one of their approved vendors). Considering the only carpet in the entire apartments is on the stairs this seems like an absolutely absurd requirement to place on your tenants.

I think anyone moving into a new apartment would expect any carpets to have been thoroughly cleaned, if not replaced. That said, to place that responsibility and cost on the previous tenant is ridiculous. Again, especially considering the lease agreement says it's to be left in "broom clean condition".

They increased our rent by $400 a month, forcing us to find a new place to live. When we asked if we could extend our lease by 10 days, they refused, even though the new tenants aren't moving in until after the requested extension period. We have other complaints, but that is the reason we are leaving the 1-star rating. Also, they pay their tenants for reviews, which gives the illusion that these apartments are more favorable than they really are.

The Lofts are wonderful! Neighbors are so nice and friendly. The fire pit is a wonderful place to gather and enjoy friends! We absolutely love it here!

FYI, I am the new assistant property manager at the Lofts. I have been in property management for over 10 years, and this is the most professional and tightly run complex that I have ever seen. The staff are truly amazing. From the day to day items that need to be addressed, to unforeseen emergencies, to staying on top of snow and ice removal they are absolute professionals. The clubhouse, pool, spa, gyms, grounds, and everything else is maintained to perfection. The office is organized and well run, and everyone is so friendly and willing to help out without hesitation. It is overall a great place to work, and a great place to call home!

As the Property Manager of The Lofts at Saratoga Blvd I can say hands down we have the best community here. The Residents are amazing. They are always participating in community events and taking new residents under their wing. It is truly remarkable the pride and care our Residents express towards our property. It is a pleasure to get to speak with the residents on a day to day basis, when they come in for their coffee or stop by to use the awesome amenities that we have here. I also get to see all of the dogs who stop by for a treat!

We have lived at the Lofts apartments for over 2 years now and have signed for another year. We are extremely happy for our choice to live here. Staff is amazing and always have a smile and a wave. We love the clubhouse get togethers once a month. Also having the bedrooms on the second floor is great to create more of a house feel. Thank you Lofts and staff for creating a wonderful living experience.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. Office staff are very helpful and prompt. They even have free happy hours every month. The grounds people are the best! Always there to help when you need it.

We have been living here for about a year now and love it so much! The office and maintenance staff are extremely helpful and always address any needs / repairs quickly. The pool and gym are kept it fantastic shape and the grounds always look well kept.

Beautiful townhouse style apartment with a great community and staff here to serve you at any hour should the need arise. Not to mention prime location right between Saratoga and Albany. So many amenities near by no need to get in the car. Beautiful walk/running trails within close proximity. An apartment environment that gives you the comfort of house.

Great place to live I’ve been here for over two years. Starting my third. Great amenities awesome staff and terrific maintenance crew. Feels like a home not an apartment

Going on year number 3 living at The Lofts of Saratoga and we couldn't be happier living here! From the always professional office staff, Ann and Michael always greet you by name and are eager to assist, no matter what the issue is. The maintenance group is so prompt on fixing any issue I have ever had! Snow removal is fast and efficient! The lawn maintenance is on a regular schedule and is always maintained every year complete with fresh blooming flowering plants. I highly recommend the Lofts as I have never lived in a more friendly community than here! From our pool and hot tub to the exercise rooms and pool tables not to mention our free coffee from the clubhouse! Love this place!

We are tenants of 2 years. We have been enjoying our maintenance free lives for the entire time we have been here. Clean, up kept, and friendly employees who are always acknowledging us as we walk thought the community. Wonderful apartments that don’t feel like a confined apartment. We highly suggest staying here for as wonderful home. Thank you Lofts for all the great time we have spent here with more to come.
