The Lux Apartments Ithaca

I went to get a tour a few weeks ago and I met the friendliest agent at the front desk. I believe his name was Martin, he was knowledgeable about the apartments and gave us complimentary coffee! Such a great experience. Whether we lease with them or not, I recommend visiting and getting a tour.

The Lux hosted a Valentine’s day brunch today, and it was great! The staff is always hosting amazing events for the residents! Love the sense of community

Emmy helped me find an apartment for my daughter who urgently needed a place to live near Cornell University. Emmy was patient, friendly, supportive, understanding and kind. She helped throughout the process of searching, vetting and signing the lease. I would recommend her highly to anyone who needs to find an apartment in her area.

I enjoy the different events they do for residents! (Eg. Painting, trick or treat, donuts and cider) :)

The property has locked the lounge and revoked access for residents outside of very specific hours even though they include the amenities in rent.

This property is beautiful and well maintained. I spoke with Alyssa Post and she answered all of my questions promptly and professionally. The office staff is super friendly and easy to get ahold of. It was built in 2019 so it’s rather new. I had a tour of the place and I loved the amenities. The people giving me a tour were very nice and helpful! Would definitely live here if my budget was a bit bigger so hopefully in the future!
