The Mall at Bay Plaza, Bronx NY

Go service in some places. Prices are competitive in someplace not all. Clean and easy to get to each store.

Use to love going to the movies there but after it has been changing with the people that go there now after it closed

Great shopping trip. Had a delicious early supper at Olive Garden. Then got some excellent deals at Old Navy.

The cars speed in the parking lot. I hate it. Still I give this mall 5 stars. Walk the long side walk way. Do not cut across the parking lot just to get to your next store in 2minutes. Take the 10 minute side walk safe way. Lol

99.9% of the mall is clean. Great Customer Service from 98.9999999% of the stores in and surrounding the mall.

Going back in tail end but still mid pandemic is enjoyable but tough. Still masking and social distancing thankfully happening, however lots of stores have closed. Would love to see more stores come back and/or children centers/activities be incorporated safely.

A clean and nice Mall indeed. This Mall is large, you have to find what you are looking for here. Public Bus service leaves you in the middle of it. There is plenty for parking. Enjoy yourself.

The shopping center has improved over the years but it still has a long way to go. The parking by the mall is terrible. Some of the doors into the mall is not accessible so you have to go down to the first level to enter the mall. Leaving the parking lot can be tricky because sometimes the gate doesn’t open after inserting a paid parking ticket. Other than that it has some nice stores.

The malls are great.
Less people for covid-19.
Sanitizers all around.

A far cry from what it used to be, the Bay Plaza Shopping Center has some good stores and some TERRIBLE stores. The roads haven't been maintained well, and the parking situation is always a nightmare unless you're willing to pay for the raised lot. Some of the better stores have moved away, but the amount of people is forever increasing. Go if you have to, skip if you can.

Great mall they have everything! If you want deals on socks check out the Kmart ️ If you want a movie this your place too!

Stores are open and so is the food court but you cannot sit and eat. Take out only.but you can go shopping.

The mall is nice and clean, but today I was there earlier to pick up food, I went into the parking at 13: 20 I spend 5 min to get my food and get back to the car, when all of the sudden at the gate they tell me that I have to pay for 10 min parking 3 dollars after I speak with the manager they open the gate for me by the way the manager of the parking department was incredibly rude instead of apologizing he scream at me and tell me that if I going to spend more the 15 min I suppose to pay and I was there for less then that, plus he hang up the call in my face not once but TWICE this is not a way to treat customers specially when they are actually right!

A lot of shopping stores were closed and only three restaurants in the food court were open on top of that no more indoor dining at all. They removed all of the tables and chairs. And they kick you out if the security sees you eating inside the mall.

The mall has pretty much every store you can expect from a modern mall & then some. Outdoor parking is free if you don't mind the walk.

Always nice when I go. Great food options and plenty of stores to choose from. Free parking all over.indoor parking 3$ fee All DAY. Lots of stores outdoors and indoors.

Very convenient and great mall for the Bronx residents. An indoor mall like this was needed. Has all the stores you can imagine and lots of restaurants

Everytime I go here with my daughter, I always have a great time, Even if I don't end up buying something,
Just the being there alone with her, you just enjoy the afternoon I recommend it to ALL percent.

It had been 18 years since I had been to Bay Plaza. Pleasantly Surprised to see how much it had changed. Loved everything about the mall.

Definitely a 1 stop mall
