The Marrone Law Firm, P.C. reviews
6Excellent customer service! From my first call to The Marrone Law Firm to my consultation with Anthony, I was impressed with the thought that has gone into their process. Efficient, organized and met my needs with courtesy "baked in" to all contacts with the firm.
DO NOT USE THIS FIRM, NO FOLLOW-UP, NOT CLIENT ORIENTED, ONLY WANTS MONEY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. REPORTED TO THE BAR ASSOCIATION
Arranging care for an elderly parent is difficult and emotional enough.but when you add the complexities of obtaining long-term care into the mix, the stress can be overwhelming.
My family sought Anthony's legal assistance in two separate instances. Several years ago, he set up a Family Asset Protection Trust, which successfully allowed my mother to qualify for Community Medicaid shortly after she was admitted to an Assisted Living Program. More recently, he helped us navigate the limited options available to us when Nursing Home-level care became necessary, which in turn required an abrupt pivot in financial planning.
Throughout both experiences, Anthony offered useful guidance. He patiently responded to my many emailed questions, and was prompt in delivering legal documents when needed. He is knowledgeable in the field of Elder Law, and has experience with practical aspects of the NY state Medicaid program. I would recommend the Marrone Law Firm to anyone tasked with making difficult decisions on behalf of a loved one, as well as to those with the foresight to engage in timely estate planning, no matter how small the "estate" might be.
One of the takeaways I gained from this experience, including the legal insights gleaned from Anthony, is just how significant the potential benefits of pre-planning for long term care can be, if undertaken early enough. With rising costs of care and a tsunami of baby boomers about to enter advanced old age, addressing these issues will become even more critical. Yet as Teddy Roosevelt observed,
"Old age is like everything else. To be
successful at it you've got to start young. "
Everyone was pleasant and friendly but also really well informed and efficient. Small business personalized care with big business efficiency. Highly recommend
They did my mothers will so that there was only one executor when there should have been two executives per my mom's instructions when they were called. They didn't want to talk about anything. All they wanted was a consultation fee. That's my experience and it wasn't a good one
