Drinks & Food Was Very Good, Came Out Very Fast & My Waiter Was Very Polite & Patient. Will Definitely Be Back Again

The restaurant is clean and the food, shrimp hibachi and snow crab was excellent. The fried rice also tasted great, flavored just right and not greasy. Finally, the waiter Khalifa was attentive and very nice. We will definitely be coming back.

This place is great place to go after shopping in Staten Island mall; it is inside the mall! Food is amazing, service was phenomenal; spacious and comfortable seating, would def come back again!

I ordered hibachi lobster and chicken combo and it is good especially the fried rice. I really love the sauce. The location and the ambience is good too. Next time I want to try their seafood boil. Looks great!

Tiffany the chubby Asian waitress was disgustingly rude. Atrocious customer service skills. Food was great though, and pricing is amazing. All the other waiters and waitresses are amazing.

The appetizers were amazing, the garlic butter is so delicious! Came for the seafood boil and it was really good, the prices are super reasonable, you can’t go wrong eating here!

But my bill was initially $90 and the owner sent me another bill for $130! Stating that all of the drinks my family and I had during happy hour weren’t charged properly. They weren’t on sale because they had an event! I was already charged, the bill was printed, my card had been taken for payment, and I was given a new bill with the happy hour discounts revoked. As a person with a masters degree in business I know this is not how a business should operate and I will be reporting this restaurant for the unprofessional conduct on the part of the owner/manager. I didn’t mind the price but you can not offer a discount to a customer and take it back at your leisure. Please don’t go there if you want to be treated like a customer and with respect. I will never return and I had already visited several times; a faithful customer was lost tonight.
