This was my first time buying fine jewelry and was nervous about buying something so expensive, but Sam and Roy helped out and made the process super easy and painless and kept me informed on the process of my purchase. They were perfectly willing to work with me on making payments and once it was paid off got my custom ring to me quickly. Ring is beautiful and exactly as I hoped it would look and I can't wait to give to to my fiancé. Highly recommended

I needed sapphire cuff links for my husband-to-be and came across The Natural Sapphire Company's website. I was hesitant at first, having never bought jewelry online. I'm very happy I did. They are gorgeous and look exactly like the pictures! It came in a thick pouch and tucked inside a box. The folder contained all the information about the sapphires. The pictures on their website are true to life. Customizations are perfect. Nancy, my sales associate was attentive and was immediate to respond to any questions or updates I requested. We even needed a resize and they were extremely fast.

I have nothing, but praise for the Natural Sapphire Company in helping me find the perfect Engagement Ring for my Fiancé. I’d say they by far have the largest and most detailed selection of quality and reasonably priced natural gems to pick from amongst all the online Gem sources I tried.

I loved that they provided an extensive amount of information on the quality and characteristics all their gems from the simple cut/clarity/color to the gems origin and whether or not it’s been treated- Not to mention the high res videos and 3D images of the gems.

That depth of transparency in online gem sourcing, coupled with an expansive selection was something I found frustratingly hard to come across, but The Natural Sapphire Company allowed me to feel confident in making the right selection.

Lauren was so professional and patient with all my questions and requests, going above and beyond in generating multiple 3D renderings of the final product when trying to decide on the gem and setting combination. I fell in love with my bicolor sapphire. I knew I wouldn’t be happy with a diamond but to find a one-of-a-kind sapphire and gorgeous setting that looked like something I would actually like and wear… I’m so happy to have the ring of my dreams.

I have been buying jewelry from NSF for over a decade. We have never been disappointed. Each piece has been carefully crafted to specifications. I knew I wanted a sapphire for the center stone of my engagement ring and after a bit of googling, I found the Natural Sapphire Co.and never looked back. Their website is very intuitive and they have a huge selection of sapphires in every possible color and cut. The photos and description of each gem are in great detail. I requested 3D renderings of different gem and setting combos and started working with Sam through email. I found 2 gems that I couldn’t decide between, so Sam had the videographer put together several videos of the stones side by side. From there, I chose my favorite and went through the process of having it shipped to me for viewing. The hardest step for me was finalizing the setting. With Sam’s patience and expertise, I finally decided on a custom setting. The entire process was seamless. It was nerve wracking to put my trust in making such a huge decision in an online service, but I am so glad I did. Reading all of the great reviews definitely helped.
