2My grandfather was recently in a nursing home for physical therapy rehab. He declined rapidly while there and we decided to set up home Hospice care. All we wanted for him was to be home and to be comfortable and safe, but he needed 24 hour care and we couldn’t give that on our own so we had to get some help. Never Alone sent us the most AMAZING caregivers. Two in particular (Yvonne and Robin), were so caring and kind to my grandfather when we were unable to be there. They had my grandfather and my families best interest in mind and always made sure he was comfortable and safe. They would check in with me even on their days off to see how he was. He was only home for about 10 days before he passed away, but he was comfortable, in his own home, and passed with dignity -and we would not have been able to achieve that without those wonderful ladies help. I can’t thank them enough!
I cannot recommend this agency more highly. We have needed help twice now and each time Marie has handled our need quickly and professionally. Our experience is that the people who work for this agency are caring and always go that extra mile. Since we are dealing with elderly parents long distance, knowing that they are in the care of such amazing people gives us great comfort. Quite simply, these are wonderful people.
