20 Danielle led a great class at the New Body Project! The circuit she set up was appropriately challenging and creative for different fitness levels. I am only in town for the weekend and was very happy that I spent some of my short vacation time in the studio. I got a full body workout and positive vibes to start my day and new year!

I’ve been coming to the New Body Project since May 2023 and feel so grateful for both this place and Danielle, the owner! Coming here to work out is one of my favorite parts of each week. Danielle and the other instructors create an empowering atmosphere and never fail to deliver a fun and challenging workout. Highly recommend NBP to anyone who’s even remotely curious, you won’t regret it!

I've so thrilled to have found The New Body Project. The workouts are fun and challenging, and the instructors adjust to meet a wide variety of fitness needs. Most of all, the accountability is top notch. Knowing that they're expecting me to show up is huge!
This is one of the most unique work out experiences in NYC. You get a challenging, sweaty workout in a supportive, welcoming, warm environment. Danielle and her staff take the extra step of getting to know each member and hold you accountable in meeting your goals. 10/10
Fantastic location and space right in the heart of Park Slope/Prospect heights.the class was DEFINITELY A workout, and totally worth it. I love the view and location and they have all the equipment you need to really sweat. Its nice to have a small, personalized experience with other fitness minded women. Def check it out!
I was visiting my friend in Brooklyn and she took me to the New Body Project. What an incredibly challenging workout! Danielle is supportive, kind, and creates a safe community to workout. I absolutely enjoyed it. I loved how at the end of class we just danced and laughed. The music and workout left me energized. I highly recommend this workout and wish I lived in Brooklyn! What a fantastic community of women. Everyone is so friendly and committed to the New Body Project. Every class is like working out with your friends. Great music, great energy and great vibes. Class goes by quickly because you are too busy having fun and working your a** off to look at the clock. Highly recommend checking it out.
I have been a member of New Body since 2018 and have loved
every minute of it! Danielle creates a warm, safe, accountable community that I have benefitted from since my first class. Classes are challenging, never boring and I can modify as needed. I have felt Danielle's support and the support of community she creates- every day. I’ve been sedentary forever, and have always struggled to stay consistent at the gym. The New Body Project has absolutely transformed my relationship with exercise. It is a safe place for women of all shapes, ages and sizes. Danielle, the owner, is one of a kind. The concern and care she has for each member goes above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen. I feel SO supported by Danielle and her team. Each time you step into class there is a different circuit to keep things interesting. I appreciate the modifications for those that are beginners like myself, but there are also modifications for those that are more advanced. Since I’ve joined my endurance has increased, and I’m feeling stronger in my body. Thank you!
I am so grateful to have found this place. It has kept me strong throughout my pregnancy and I can not wait till I get back postpartum. Not only are you going to get a great workout but a community as well.
The New Body Project is an amazing gym! I hadn't worked out consistently for several years and was looking for a workout routine that was fun but would still challenge me. I was a little hesitant to start working out again since it had been so long, but this is such a supportive, encouraging environment. The workouts challenge you but are still fun, everyone is so energetic, and Danielle is great at making sure you understand everything and helping you make any adjustments if needed. The supportive and inclusive environment is super encouraging and makes you look forward to attending class. Definitely give it a try!
I love the atmosphere here! I had a full body workout with Danielle. I had not worked out in forNever, she was firm, gentle and very encouraging. It was a great work out.
New Body Project: the studio where everyone knows your name! I joined for my health and fitness but ended up staying for the community.the classes are small which means you'll get to know other members really easily and the trainers can give everyone 1: 1 attention to ensure they're doing the moves safely.i noticed a difference in my strength in just the first 2 weeks of going regularly.every class is a different workout from the last so you'll never be bored.the studio is super welcoming and inclusive - it genuinely feels like a place for anyone of any age, shape, strength etc.no matter where on your fitness journey you are, you'll feel welcome.danielle, the owner, also makes an effort to get to know everyone and makes everyone feel at home.when i took a break due to a personal injury, she reached out to make sure i was okay because i hadn't been at the studio in a while.she made sure i knew what my options were re: pausing while i took a break.i've never experienced that at any group fitness studio i've been to! I look forward to working out at the studio every time i go and am genuinely sad when i can't make it!
As challenging as Danielle's workouts are, they are totally addictive. She is attentive and detailed, putting time and care into each session so that you never do the exact same workout twice. My body never gets bored, and with each class I attend, I'm challenged to work on new muscle groups. With Danielle's attention to form and posture, I feel more confident in my physical capabilities. That alone would make this a worthwhile experience for someone like me, but what's more is that I feel safe and supported in the environment Danielle's created. After having had discouraging experiences with gyms and trainers, this has been pivotal in reclaiming my relationship to fitness. Sincerely grateful for the New Body Project.
