The North Face Outlet, Central Valley NY

Big selection. Good sales prices. Customer service is great. There's staff on the floor to answer questions too.

OK store, you can usually find something good. Most times you can never find your size or the fact that you don't wear some of the colors they sell can be disappointing sometimes. Sales and prices aren't as good as other stores in this outlet.

Store was a madhouse - could barely walk through the aisles with all of the people searching through racks of coats. There looked to be some bargains compared to stores and online, but mainly because none of the best looking and popular styles were there. It appears that this outlet just stocks the less popular products that couldn't sell at the normal price. Okay if you just want something warm and cheap (er) but not if looking for something specific.

Janeal D, the cashier who helped us was very rude. We had only one question and it seemed like it was too much for her. No greetings or thank you at all.

While buying they promised discount of ten percent after delivery as it was booked online from the store. After receiving they insisted that same credit card need to be presented to claim the discount. They should at least mention this at the time of booking.

Super unorganized shelves, racks and displays throughout the female and children's section. The staff was somewhat helpful, they also had trouble finding what I needed. Cashiers were polite and friendly.

Great outlet store. Lots of selections. If your looking for a coat this is your spot. Men's, women, children coats, hoodies, gloves, hats, sneakers and more. Friendly staff members. Store can be crowded and customers are rude. Be prepared for no one to say excuse me or sorry. Highly recommend.

It's not bad good discount in most stores, but if I where to come back to New York I would give it s miss, bus fare was 42.00 dollors return.

Huge place, decent prices and lots of stock. Best deals on the north face summit series clothing.

One of my favorite stores to visit when I go to Woodbury commons. The staff is always polite and helpful. Store is usually very clean. The prices are usually decent and most of the time there are sales. The things that aren't on sale though are very expensive. Also beware if you go on the weekend it will be packed. Like can barely move around inside. Overall good store and will continue to go back
