The North Face Rochester, Victor NY

Terrible, walked in and wasn’t greeted. Workers stood around conversing since that was apparently more important than taking care of the customers.

Customer service up at the register was amazing. The only reason I give this store a 4 out of 5 stars is the result of being heavily watched and not to be helpful but out of fear. I went with my lovely wife and was followed in the store, yet when my wife needed help they had to find someone to get the correct size needed. An experience that would make me hesitant to go back.

The North Face 700 mustard winter boots are unbelievably awsome. I must say these shoes are a very must have for winter seasons specially in snow. They are extremely sturdy, very light weight and are non slippery in snow, even in black ice I felt easy to walk. These shoes keeps the warmth with in the shoes as long as you wear it, what more you want in winter right

The best of the best. It will last for years and wont lose its quality. I rather invest here and get quality. 5 stars.

I had a great experience at this location in Victor NY all the staff were friendly and helpful to what I came to buy and even were nice enough to give ideas I didn't even think of! I would highly recommend coming to this store first before going anywhere else to buy what ever you might need.

Have been out of the same pair of pants for over year. Yes, you read that right. A year. The model Men’s City Standard Modern Fit Pant says it comes in a long but there is virtually no stock.

I come to visit on a Friday night to find out they close at 6pm. Really? Not only frustrated that no one can tell me when they will have the pants in stock, their hours are frustrating for someone who works in the retail world.

This store is super clean and organized. Great staff-very friendly and professional. Huge selection of the newest stuff.

I came from California to Rochester. Therefore, I'm
not used to very low temperature, so I went directly
to the north face because I know they are experts in warm dry clothes.

When I first entered the store I was welcomed by one of the staff and I told her my story that I'm not used to this freezing weather. So the lady asked someone to help me and she was very knowledgeable about their products. At the end I bought load of warm clothes and a pair of shoes.

The second visit for me was to exchange my pair of shoes that I used. They were dealing with me professionally and friendly at the same time. I asked for couple of stuff and the guy who exchanged my shoes was extremely friendly and helpful, he gave me a tour around the store. And when I asked about anything he was able to explain about any product precisely and he never push me to buy anything. In fact, he gave some advice to which I need.

The only drawback about north face is the high prices relatively. However, I was convinced that the high prices is for high quality and the variety of selections not to mention about the life warranty in most products.

All in all, this is the place to go when you want to be warm!

Friendly staff, quick service. Clean store inside and out and the parking lot and walk way was clear of snow and ice

Very friendly and courteous. I received a gift that was too small. They gave me a gift card without any questions, since they did not have my size. Highly recommend shopping here.

I was pleasantly surprised, I was able to walk in and look around and just had a couple of people say hello and let us know if we can help. Cool spot out there in Victor.

Had a wonderful shopping experience here at the North Face store in Victor sales associates were friendly, informative, and patient. Stopped in to get a jacket for my son for this winter, and left with the perfect fit. Highly recommend.my son says, "i like the way the jacket feels"

Jake, ASM, is one of the best people I know. The staff there are very kind and knowledgeable about the products. It was a joy to speak with Jake and him help me find what I was looking for. I'll be sure to keep going back. I highly recommend you shop there for the great customer service and products.

Like the Store. Always go out of our way when in Rochester. This is Literally the only Lagit location for hundreds of miles.

Great retail experience with the team accepting my boots back. Their headquarters doesn't back up the quality for the money spent. Really disappointed, won't be back.

Very disappointed in north face and their sizing it’s like they are stealing material and charging high prices child 3t size u need a 5t daughter is a size extra small women’s you have to purchase a med. At this point it not even worth ordering.returns are Ridiculous it takes a month for them to process return.

When I pay $169 for snow pants I expect them to not have rips and tears in the bottom of them after one use.that’s it. A pair of blue jeans is more durable than your products that’s ridiculous! I’m glad that I’m not stuck out in a blizzard with your products I might die.

They claimed that they will be offering 50% discount for Healthcare employees over the year of 2020 but when I was in a store there were a lot of products which were excluded. There was a jacket, which I was not able to buy that day but checked the price with one of the employees and the discount was applied. I went there to buy the products in the very next week and I was told that, that type of product was excluded as well because it was selling a lot.

That was really disappointing as that tells me that they were offering discounts mainly for products which were not as popular as some and they were making sure to offer the 50% discount for products which don't sell a lot.

I understand PR is important by claiming that you offer discount for our 'heroes', but at least make sure you are playing a fair game.
