Sue at The One Bridal in Brooklyn made all of my wedding dreams come true! From the moment I stepped into her salon I knew it was where I would find my dress, so beautiful and bespoke, unlike other over commercialized bridal salons. You receive dedicated attention with no other brides there while you try on, felt so special. I immediately fell in love with Newhite and selected their BB gown with an A overskirt, customized to only be a half skirt that could easily be removed after the ceremony. The overall process of selecting, multiple try ons for in-house alterations, etc.was all super seamless! Highly recommend!

I communicated with this boutique prior to my appointment and was met by a flustered, disorganized sales person. I love the brands they carry, and was willing to go back, but the message I received after communicating my frustration was incredibly delayed and talked right past my concerns. She couldn’t even spell my name right in the communication. I’m really sad this has been my experience with such a special purchase. It seems like I had a uniquely bad experience. I hate writing a bad review for anything, but my last email just went unanswered altogether.

I cannot praise this place enough. As soon as I walked into The One everything just felt right. Sue was absolutely wonderful, patient and made me think about the experience in an entirely knew way. Contrary to many other experiences, I felt completely relaxed and not rushed. Sue allowed me to look at all the dresses and pick ones that spoke to me, she gave me an overview on the designers, she helped me pick dresses that matched what I was looking for but she also guided me to try some “out of the box” options. Appointments are one at a time, so you have the entire place to yourself and the attention is 100% focused and personalized. If you’re looking for a modern take on bridal with unique designers, this is also your place. What a beautiful experience and I’m so happy with my dress! Thank you Sue!

I owe Sue a six-star, though at the end I chose to wear traditional dress for my ceremony. Sue won me over by how amazingly professional she is dressing brides. As someone working in the fashion industry, I am super picky. Sue offered me suggestions and recommendations that were all right on point and I didn’t even see for myself.
Trust me, if you struggled like me, not sure about what would work the best for your special day, sue is the one you need to go-to. Not even mention how cute the boutique shop is and how well she knows the selections, how sweet she is.
