The Ordinary 5th Ave, New York NY

The 2 stars is specifically for the location not the products. I love The Ordinary. I made this a specific stop on my trip to NY. I was so excited because I had been using a few products but really wanted to talk through my skincare regimen. There was a person there who really seemed to care and know what they were talking about. Unfortunately for me he was busy. The person who I talked to was nice but didn't seem to know anything about the products and didn't really help me with my regimen. I should have waited to talk to the other sales person but felt rude telling the person helping me they weren't really giving me what I had come for. They were also sold out of many products but this was just after Christmas so I am not surprised.

The store isn’t exactly self explanatory and the staff could care less to help me while I was the only costumer in the store.

I stop by here to check out the store just because I am in town for work. I already purchased a bunch of stuff at black Friday sales online. The sales lady was still so nice and enthusiastically helping me with my questions. She even wrote down some guidelines about how to use the things I bought. She is making zero money out of me and still so helpful. I love this store and everything about it. From the products, services to the store design. Highly recommend it to everyone!

I love The Ordinary’s products. They are low-cost and very effective. I had been in the search for a good moisturizer for a while now, and the “Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA” is wonderful.

Furthermore, the staff is attentive, and the location is clean and smells good. I would highly recommend buying products from this store!
