The Parc Hotel, Queens NY

Stayed here as a family, renting several units on several floors. One floor smelled like weed, one floor smelled like cigarettes. Loud music going at 5am from another floor could be heard in my room. One room, the refrigerator light worked but did not cool, coffee maker did not work. Another room, there was no outlet on a wall so the refrigerator and coffee maker were not even plugged in and could not be used. Another room, the blinds/shutters did not work and did not have blackout curtains so the sun came in around 5am. Whatever you do, do NOT stay here.

Best place for its price. Really sharp clean location. Love the floor to ceiling windows. All the staff is very polite and helpful. Except Chuck. Stay away from Chuck.

Very poor hotels, rooms without internet, and the sound of planes taking off in the morning. As a result, I just went out to buy something. When I came back to develop, all my things were gone. They came into my room at will and took all my things away. It was terrible. Do you dare to stay in such a hotel?

The staff was great! Our room was a corner view and close to everything! Our room was very clean. Room 810 is a perfect room! Shopping and places to eat very close. Subway was 3 blocks over. The bath towels are the bomb and bath toiletries are nice!

Very clean place to stay in the heart of Flushing, Queens. Front desk staff is friendly and courteous. We've stayed in so many hotels in the US and abroad and this was the first time that we were asked to hand in a $200 safety deposit. That is in the event we trash the room and smoke within the confines. I guess that explains why this hotel has stayed in great shape. They make their guests accountable and it shows!

Hotel was nice and modern, only thing parking was $25.00 a day, you have give them $250.00 deposit refundable just make sure they do refund it and if you bring your pet it $25.00 a day. The location is very busy its Chinatown. And there is a roof top bar, nice scenery.

Terrible hotel! I totally agree with the customers give one star at yelp.very dark, smelly, uncomfortably bed, the sheet had perfume smell which did not clean then give anther costumer, and there were two coffee half and half, one was already opened, congealed. Don't stay this hotel!

After our flight being canceled we were frantic to find a hotel for the night that would accommodate our large family. The Park Hotel did! Not only did they get us in for early check in but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. After having an issue with the air conditioner in our room they upgraded us to a suite with an amazing view! It made a horrible situation for our family into a great extra nights stay! Thank you Parc Hotel!

I needed a room quickly and they were able to get me a room for that night. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The only thing I wasn't really thrilled with was the parking. They charged me $27 to park essentially in their basement. There was only about ten spots and it was very tight. Might be better to just find a real parking garage.

I always stay at Parc. Great staff, nice minimal designed suites, complimentary continental breakfast and right across the street to the Sky mall

Everything about the place has been fantastic. The room was beautiful and the service was friendly and accommodating.

Hotel was nice, the room was always clean. There were people smoking cigarettes and weed, I could smell it in my vents. Some minor cable issues with the TV. Other than that, nice hotel.

It’s at a very convenience location right by the shopping mall that has everything. Clean room and good view. Had a small issue the first time I stayed there long time ago and the manager had it resolved immediately. Certain rooms (for 2 guests) might be a little bit small for people that like more space, but reasonable.

Came for a baseball game. Great location for walking to citi field. Rooftop bar is great with friendly staff and beautiful views of the city and citi field. Many Asian food options within walking distance. Would stay again for same reason, seeing a game at citi field.

The counter sent a security guard to my room at 1: 30am. What kind of hotel charges $330 per night for knocking the door and waking up the guest in the middle of night to just check if the guest is in the room or not? Did they forget to call the room or my cellphone number? I thought there must be an emergency like the fire or the earthquick.
