The Paw Spa, Massena NY

I’m so happy I chose paw spa! My dog was so comfortable. We were both greeted with a welcoming staff who paid extra attention to my senior golden retriever to make him comfortable. The service and value is the best in town! We will absolutely be going back!

Tanika is fantastic! She absolutely loves her job which shows when your pup comes out and is so happy! My dog is one who hates getting groomed. She can't wait to leave. But when I picked her up, she was a happy girl and actually went back to love on Tanika before we left! I will definitely be back!

Beautiful friendly place to take my pet. Tinika was amazing! I messed up on time and everything, but she took it in stride and still helped me out with grooming my pet. He loved her and was good for her. She will go out of her way to make your loved one comfortable.treats, likes and dislikes, everything. She did a fabulous job and we will be going back.

Awesome service! Roxy came out smelling sooo nice and all clean! She even managed to cut her nails which she can be rather difficult. I highly

You can tell Tanika really cares about animals. Never had any issues and always works around my schedule. VERY fair in price
