The Pearl Nursing Center reviews
9Horrible place. My mother was not taken care of. No water. Wet sheets. This is only a tiny part of what’s wrong with this place. Because of their negligence my mother died
I give them a 1 because is not a zero. My uncle is there and they have him in a room with other 2 people with covid, which they wear no mask either. I talked to the nurse manager and she is telling me they have to leave him there when he have no covid, they test him and all the time he is negative, this people are horrible, she told me maybe he is the carrier, but if he be the carrier he still would of test positive with no symptoms, this people are the worse, specifically the manager for nurses, she is rude and careless for the people there, she is there just for her miserable check. I ask for him to be removed and put them by it self so he dont get contagious a least for 10 days, because he have fibrosis in his liver and he take dialysis and she still said no. This people are horrible please do not take your love ones there. The place is disgusting and the manager for nurses careless. I hate that place.
The staff at Pearl Nursing Center is very friendly and they go out of their way to be sure my sister is happy and well cared for. My sister doesn't talk much but she always tells me how good the staff takes care of her.
They should call this place the pearl jail.don't think u can have ur luv one to spend the nighr with u cause they're taking our rights to spend overnights away from the residents,
They don’t even have clean water lol this place is SAD! It looks and feels like a JAIL CELL! All kids work there and all they do is play around when residents is on the ground yelling help! Wouldn’t dare admit anybody here not even my worst enemy * NO STARS ONLY IF THAT WAS A OPTION
Horrible, horrible place. If you can help it, don’t bring your loved one here. Severely understaffed. They have no supplies. We brought wash cloths in, we were told that’s good, they could use those, they don’t have any. Same with a couple other items. It’s extremely dirty. No one cleans. I threw a dirty sheet on the floor (there was no where else to put it) and the next day it was on my grandmother again. Clearly soiled. It breaks my heart seeing what the patients live in and have to deal with.
This place doesn’t even deserve a star. Do NOT send your loved ones here. They will end up dying here due to the lack of care. How many times does this place have to be reported before they get shut down!?
Don't bring ppl here for rehab, what they do is to let the pt.in here for good. Is more of a business, than caring for patients. The food, and the ppl that work 60% are not nice. And the supplies are none, the doctor say that they saw you and he never came to your room. That 40% that cares. Can't do much without tools. Really is a bad place.
I wish there was no stars. No person should go to this place! In June the whole builiding was hot, dirty. The rehab rooms are terrible. My loved one was there for 4 days after leaving a hospital after a month and then had to go back to the hospital of the lack of care she received and then died 10 days later. Close the place! It's had so many citings.
