The Poultry Hatchery (Catch a Torii Farms), Clifton Springs NY

Ordered online website was difficult I have called, texted and emailed with no response. There has been no response on the order at all. Very disappointing thank god you pay when you pick up, will be going elsewhere

I’ve called and texted multiple times to initiate an order for chicks. They answered a single text, and ignored the rest. I’m almost thankful they’ve ignored me now that I’ve read the other reviews - it seems this is a common theme for this hatchery. To say the least the communication is poor and i have not been able to been get as far as placing an order for chicks.

Horrible service. I ordered chicks online and never heard anything after a week. I called many times and left messages to call me back. I even texted and talked for a minute. Then all of the sudden, they never got back to me. They are terrible service. I will not ever order anything from them.

Very knowledgeable and super friendly. Saw us on very short notice and made time in his busy schedule, but didn't rush us. Definitely the place to go to buy chicks!

My wife and I have made several trips to catch a torii farms to pick up chicks for our flock. Jeffrey is very knowledgeable, friendly, and more than willing to explain and answer any questions we had. He even told us to contact him if we had any questions about the chicks or raising poultry in general. All of the chicks we have purchased have been healthy and well taken care of. Highly recommended.

Great place for all your chick and laying hen needs. Fair pricing and healthy stock. Has a diverse flock of breeds available and hatching eggs. Set up a time to visit you won’t regret it!
