The Printhouse, New Rochelle NY

Beautiful building in the middle of downtown. Walking distance to the train and right off the highway. You can’t get a better commuter location.

People please stay away from this building management company. All you have to do is look at the reviews of the management company. The rude, provide horrible customer service. Many things don’t work in the building. My friend live there and constantly unhappy about it.

Worse place ever. My apartment was broken in 2 times. Homeless person was staying in party room. Drug dealer was just got arrested. 3 rd management company changed in the year and a half. And looks like it’s getting worse. Just try to call back this number you provided number starts with 212 it’s been disconnected. What else can we expect from greenhouse?

This building has no security, windows are foiling apart, appliances don’t work and management company is not good for customer service. Think about twice if you’re moving in.

I recently applied for a lease with the Printhouse and due to a work relocation I had to back out twice. The Printhouse staff (Mysha, Maria and Christina) were all great and I would highly recommend this apartment complex. All of the negative reviews are from the past and this new management team gets it. They are professional, courteous and treat you with respect from the time you inquire till the time you are ready to sign. The building is amazing and the amenities are top notch. I have visited other buildings in new Rochelle and the Printhouse stands out above the rest.

I have been here for a few years and have always had such a great experience with maintenance and the office staff. I love the location in New Rochelle as it is very close to the city and an easy commute. I have even recommended it to several friends, and one is moving in soon!

Management here is a joke, they literally never respond to you. When they finally do they promise you everything and you never hear back from them again. Do yourself a favor and find another place to live.

Our new super, Michael, along with the new management here are really turning things around in this building. Wish they were here when we initially moved in.

Prior to Jan 2023, this building deserved a single star because it was neglected by previous management and the people weren't so great, with the only positive being its location and proximity to things nearby.

Michael has been excellent - respectful, knowledgable, and helpful since new management took over in January. Greystar has their hands full, but they're turning this building around - any new tenents would be lucky to get in here, especially in one of the units with a terrace if available.

The super Michael, gave us a full tour of the complex and help us to get our new keys, he also answer all our questions with no problem. Really good service

Let me be very clear that this review is made February 6 2023 by a current resident. The 5 star reviews appear to be fabricated by the incompetent building management.

This building was recently acquired by greystar. It took them two months to figure out who owns the new rochelle city garage across the street. They did not receive our leases when they bought the building and they generally just seem to not know what's going on.

We were without water for days, management failed to respond to phone calls and emails about the emergency situation.

The elevators are frequently out of service, usually one at a time but last week it was both. The front revolving door hasn't worked since long before I arrived. The automatic garage door doesn't open when I drive up to it even though I have the remote installed correctly. The garage door is frequently broken and stuck halfway up.

My key fob doesn't open the pedestrian door next to the garage doors.

The building was finished in 2019 and the foundation has settled in a rather unfortunate way. Water pools in the shower and will not drain after a shower without a squeegee to push it to the drain.

Allegedly some tenants on the sixth floor were let out of their leases because the roof leaks.

The gym is a joke with broken equipment.

This is not your usual greystar experience. Greystar is usually good for low end "luxury" living but the experience at this building is horrible.

Learn to read, the general consensus is that you're all incompetent. Mysha couldn't do anything right and the new staff isn't any better.

Where's the concierge? Why do you all hide in your office? Why doesn't the garage door work? Why don't you have copies of the leases? Why are you incorrectly charging people on your stupid rent cafe site? Why are you fabricating good reviews on Google?

I’m surprised by all the negative reviews! I love my apartment and love the staff since Greystar took over. They are awesome!

Horrible management Aprtment was left with out heat when called to complain they said they would fix it never got to it while weather was brutally cold!

Horrible place to live. Management has been changed 3 times within the last year, windows falling apart, appliances do not work. Management has no consideration for residents. They make countless promise to correct issues but never go forward with the corrections. There is no type of security at the building. My suggestion to anyone considering moving to this building is to please think twice. Not worth the stress or headache.
