They never answer their phone. I called for billing several times and left a message. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them since my appt in June to pay my $15 copay they didn’t charge when I was seen. I got a letter in the mail today from a law firm in Akron. They sent my bill to collections… over $15. I’ve been trying to pay them for months! I’m sorry, but I don’t feel comfortable sending my card info on a piece of paper in the mail and I don’t have checks. Maybe if I had gone in person things would be different, but it’s very inconvenient for people who work full-time. Ridiculous.

UPDATE: 9/21/23

It gets better folks! They are trying to get me on Dupixent and it was explained to me that it did NOT need refrigeration. They also NEVER told me anything about a "loader" dose. I received a call from Accredo Pharmacy yesterday, just to talk about the medicine and come to find out that it DOES INDEED NEED to be refrigerated! The "loader dose". Is two shots the very first time!
PGWNY NEVER told me that! Now I am hesitant to even START the Dupixent because they didn't even give me the correct information for it!

Plus, they also won't fill out the Family Medical Leave Act papers and claim that it is for a "life and death situation only", and to have my "Primary fill it out". Yet, my partner was able to fill it out for her "father", with HIS Rheumatologist.in which she has NO relationship with her father and had NO issue doing so.

So now I believe it's time that I start looking for another Pulmonologist to take over my asthma treatments.

I've been going here for a while now, for my asthma. I have also noticed the "sleep study" issue and I refused it. I was not having any other issues, until I refused to do the allergy testing.for the moment. I have had allergy testing before and I do know what I am allergic to, which is how I know I have year-round allergies. I am also on numerous medications, and I relayed to them that I was trying to get off of some before going to the allergist. Now, all of a sudden, I am having issues getting my medications filled. I requested my Montelukast from my pharmacy last week (Week of October 9th, 2022) and they have not received it. I have requested my Fluticasone-salmeterol 500-50, from the pharmacy and they didn't have it. I sent PGWNY a message through the portal and they "claim" to have sent the medication over yesterday (10/18/22), but when I last checked my pharmacy app.just now.it's still NOT there, and that is my DAILY PREVENTATIVE. I feel like they are refusing to refill my medications because I didn't do the allergy testing. I am seriously considering letting my Primary physician take over my asthma care until I can find another pulmonologist. This is unprofessional of this "business".

Good luck trying to talk to an actual person! This doctor's office is beyond frustrating to get ahold of. They open at 8 am but don't start taking calls until 9: 30 am, but believe me, you will still get their answering service at 9: 30,9: 40, even 9: 50 or 10: 00! Then the office staff takes another phone call break for lunch between 12-1 pm. Tried calling today at 1: 30 and still got the answering service. For kicks I tried to get ahold of someone from the answering service and got no one. Thankfully it was no medical emergency (I know, call 911). In regards to actual medical services provided, they seem to do an ok job for my husband (he's not picky), but the fact that I can never get through when they are supposed to be "open" for calls is beyond frustrating and shows a lack of respect for patients' time. I don't know what office manager would condone such behavior, but I find it very unprofessional and extremely off putting.

Garbage tier physicians. I went for a sleep study, was referred to another hospital to get the home sleep study done. Went there, filled out paperwork multiple times, went through all of the usual hassle of dealing with health insurance. Two months later they want me to do yet another sleep study and refuse to recommend me a CPAP machine based upon the results of the home sleep study. To require an in-facility visit when they already have the results via the home study is ludicrous in a time of COVID, when my girlfriend got her sleep study done at a different facility, all she needed was the home study ONLY. Then I get on the phone and the doctor argues with me about it. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this place to anybody.

The website and Google say they have offices in Lockport and Buffalo. It says the Buffalo clinic doesn't open until 930 and after calling several times, their phone says they don't answer phones until 930. Logically, since I have an 8am appointment and the Lockport office opens at 8am on Google, I figured my appointment would be there. Come to find out the building is locked and the office appears permanently closed. I drove to the Buffalo clinic as fast as I could and when I arrived, the receptionist acted like she had no idea what I was talking about even after showing her the information on my phone. I couldn't be seen for the day and have to take time off work AGAIN to come in. In case they ever check their reviews, I'd recommend:
1. Scrub the Lockport location off the website and Google if you don't actually have a site there.
2. Update your hours online so people know when you are actually open
3. If you open at 8am, don't wait until 930am to open the phone lines. Especially if you literally have 4 people working in the front office at 830 when I arrived.

Terrible experience and only been seen once this would have been my second appointment! Just left with anxiety cause they were rude and didn’t give me the correct information about my appointment that I needed… I have never been treated this way by any other office before with such disregard and the office was empty when they refused to see me made me feel so uncomfortable

My reviews are always fair… Look at the previous reviews talking about the office manager and staff…
I’ve worked in the healthcare industry for years. The longtime receptionist/“office manager” is beyond rude, as if this job that she’s doing in retirement is the only thing that she’s doing in life. AND, the young nurses near the patient exam rooms are also beyond unprofessional, making comments about not wanting to put the phones on when they’re already barely on at all (look at the google hours or call them).
The doctor was excellent and thorough! However, with the above issues, I’ve switched, and not going back.
