4 Nice place, and maintenance does a great job keeping the place neat/repaired.
The pool is great in the summer, however, Regency Club relies on the lifeguards they hire to also maintain the chlorine level in the pool. Not sure if it's a training issue, or maybe it's too complicated for your average teenager.but there have been many issues with the chlorine being too high over the years and causing eye burning, and many times you have to get out of the pool and wait an hour or more for the chlorine level to drop.

Awesome place to live, very quiet, loved there for 10 years no problems, amazing people, healthy environment, people are very nice and friendly, if there is something wrong with a toilet or something like that they fix it as soon as possible, its just an amazing place too live in and I recommend the Regency.
Good managers and friendly apartment. Quiet and beautiful. I have been live there 7 years.
