The Roof Rangers, Farmington NY

I was very pleased with Roof Rangers expertise on the work that they on my roof. They were timely and finish at an appropriate time. I highly recommend there service to any one that needs roof repair. Thank all the guys for a job well done.

I bought a house not realizing that I would need a new roof right away but then of course insurance came in and said I needed one yesterday if you know what I mean. They gave me a very short deadline to get the roof redone. Of course I panicked and I started calling around and no one could do it right away until I found Roof Rangers. Trey and Allison understood my dilemma immediately. They were kind and understanding. Trey came right over to my place and took a look. He said he would be able to get me in before my deadline and have it done. He kept his word. He was efficient, timely, professional and was very easy to work with. I especially enjoyed his sense of humor at a time that I was struggling to maintain my cool if you know what I mean. He brought samples of roofing for me to choose from, and the price was very reasonable So I knew that I did not need to look further. The job was done very quickly, efficiently and came out beautifully. I think it only took 3 days total with gutters and downspouts included. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a roof efficiently and well done. No need to look further go with Roof Rangers.

I had some shingles blow off of my roof (that I wasn't even aware of) which turned into a leak in an upstairs bedroom. I called about 20 different roofing companies, and Roof Rangers was one of maybe five that even answered or called me back, and of those five one of two that actually showed up when they said they would for the estimate (Trey actually called me about two minutes after the scheduled time telling me he was running late and would be here in three minutes, because he felt that running even five minutes behind was worth calling me to keep me informed, as opposed to a few other companies who showed up over an hour late without any kind of notification to let me know). But I digress, Trey arrived and was able to give me an estimate right then and there, and not only was their price better than everyone else who came (at least everyone else who came and actually followed up with an estimate), but he was able to get me scheduled way sooner (we're talking weeks to months) than everyone else.

When the time came to do the work they arrived when they said they would and got the work done in the time they said it would take. When they were done they cleaned everything up and I haven't found so much as a single nail or scrap of packaging anywhere on my property afterward.

I can't recommend Roof Rangers enough for any kind of work you may need. Their prices, professionalism, and timing were far better than everyone else I contacted, and I couldn't be more pleased.

We called 3 or 4 local options with concerns about a minor potential leak. No other roofer could accommodate us within 10 days. Roof Rangers offered to inspect our roof the next day and the repair was done within 6 days. Communication was excellent and included a link to photos of our roof/problem. Highly recommend their services! For us, it’s a big relief knowing who to call next time.
