The salespeople in the store used to be really nice, down-to-earth, and welcoming. Now, they have this ridiculous, cold, and annoyed demeanor and make it extremely off-putting to go in. Were they told to act like that? Has turned me off the brand and left a negative impression.

Racist - cold to me, my sister and my mom (asian), and very inviting to the white basic bankers in line in front of us.do not recommend
