I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I would give it 0 stars if I could!

Several things went wrong on MY WEDDING DAY!
The people working at the venue were so inconsiderate. There was this one bald Bengali guy who was so rude. He was rude to my family and my guests. He even told one of my guests that they are not allowed to take pictures! Is he for real? Are my guests there to see his face! So rude and he made a huge deal about the masks when in reality I’ve seen other events at Royal Palm and the guests were not wearing masks at all.
The lighting was HORRIFIC! They are so biased that if you don’t get vendors from them, they will not allow you to enjoy your party. My DJ had sparklers for me, and they told him he cannot use them because it’s banned in Long Island. WHICH IS A COMPLETE LIE!
I saw another even three weeks after mine, and they allowed that event to have full sparklers. NOT ONLY THAT, I requested That we get a chicken platter with eggs (it’s a tradition at weddings) they gave it so sloppy and messy. I saw How they gave it at the wedding three weeks after mine and it was so neat and pretty.
I was So upset on my actual wedding day, that I almost Cried. I would have NEVER had my event there if it was covid times and they were one of the few places to have been open. They treat outside vendors with disrespect and they are biased.
My stage was done by the partners of Royal Palm and I know that bcz A week after my event they did the same exact stage but just different colors.

The management SUCKS! They are only nice towards clients who book everything with them which is so ridiculous. The bald headed benagli guy is so disrespectful. They never went into detail about the covid rules and they expected me to know that! I do Not attend or have weddings every day for me to know the current rules!

Overall, I had The worst experience of my life and it’s all Royal Palm and their managements fault! The bald headed guy ruined MY DAY! Do yourselves a favor and book somewhere else! This place sucks and so do their managing partners! I will Not even recommend this place to my worst enemy! This is how bad my experience was!

We held our wedding reception at the Royal Palm on 10/25 (Sunday). Our decision was based on positive service folks had in the past. Prior to booking, we were greeted by professional staff and were given full opportunity to explain the type of event we wanted. Karen was helpful in formulating our plan and presented the reception package catered to our needs. We were given adequate time to decide if we wanted to continue with the package and were followed up to answer any questions. Due to COVID-19, the place like many other was under DOH restrictions (max capacity) but management (including the owner) stepped in to ensure a memorable event without any disruptions. We had an excellent service provided by the staff and management was always on our side to meet and exceed our needs and expectations, respectively. We highly recommend this venue for your events as we are fully satisfied with the service provided as well as the professionalism demonstrated which exceeded our expectations. Thank you Royal Palm for your service.

What a great place to host an event. Great food and service. Karen was very understanding with all the needs. Mike the event coordinator made sure that we were on schedule and everyone was taken care off in the difficult time with Covid guidelines for event. We appreciate all the service and care. Highly recommend this place. Thank you.

I originally had my daughter’s sweet 16 party on May this year but after covid - 19, we had to postpone it multiple times until August. This wonderful venue was always there to help accommodate our event, especially Karen, who helped us plan from the very beginning to the end. The food we selected was delicious and they had more than enough to serve. The staff and maître d', Mike, were very kind and provided an excellent service for our night. The Royal Palm itself is an elegant and exquisite venue for any type of event! The protocol they had was comfortable and truly helped in the prevention of this disease. Many of my guests complimented how great the service, food, and how beautiful it was. I definitely recommend this place for it’s elegance and any other reasons you could have! Thank you for making my family have an unforgettable night!

If you are looking for a place to book an event look no further! I had my wedding last week September 18,2020 at the Royal Palm and I am so happy we did it here. The entire staff is so welcoming and will help you throughout the entire planning and the entire day of the event. A special shout out to Karen who made everything so much easier. She really went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect, and thanks to her it was! All the guests have told me that everything was so nice and that the food was DELICIOUS! Thank you for making my dream wedding come true. ️️

Worst place ever, I have ever been. Staff is very rude. I dont write review, but i had to do it. Food is worst.tasted as they have microwaved it for everybody.

Event was professionally managed by Royal Palm team and did everything we asked for.
I would highly recommend this place, specially Karen was outstanding to work with.

We went to the New Years Eve party and it was terrific from the food to the entertainment. We made so many new friends. Loved it

Choosing The Royal Palm for our wedding ceremony this past summer was the smartest decision we made. Of the many package options, we selected the South Asian Plaza Wedding package and it was more than we had imagined.

To start the Royal Palm has an elegant look when you first walk in, the marble flooring and intricate designs in the hall made the environment feel graceful with a vintage look. Not only were the amenities for the guests excellent, but the prices for the package options were very fair when we compared them to other similarly sized halls in the Long Island area.

With all that said, the true reason we are thrilled that we went with The Royal Palm is because of the incredible team of staff and supervisors that made what could have easily been stressful wedding planning actually an incredibly pleasant experience. We owe great thanks particularly to Jamil and Karen who not only guided us through every step of the wedding planning process, but also helped us customise every detail to create the wedding we dreamed to have from the itinerary to the hall layout, design, decor, menu, and entertainment. We had very specific arrangements needed for our cultural fusion wedding, and the Royal Palm had all hands on deck to help execute even the finest details of our elaborate and unique wedding plans. They most definitely met our expectations and even exceeded them with the quality and efficiency of their work. It was an absolute pleasure working with them to plan the wedding but moreso an even bigger pleasure to have entrusted them on the day of the wedding. The staff, especially including Frank, Shelby, Saif and Fatimah were highly attentive, focused, dedicated to us and our guests, and made the wedding reception go smoothly. The feedback we got from our family and friends was exciting. To hear that it was one of the most organized and fun-filled weddings they’ve gone to meant everything to us. We most certainly owe much of that to the staff and the hall amenities.

Weddings are extremely stressful and nerve-wracking to plan, and we could not have been happier with our selection of the Royal Palm, as they made this entire planning process and the Wedding Day itself so much easier and smoother for us. To any other couples out there looking to plan a NY wedding, we highly recommend the Royal Palm!

The food was excellent, the set up staff was accommodating and your maître de, Mike was excellent in working with me to coordinate the timing and execution of the event.
