I stopped in there on a whim and spoke with Liz in detail about my hair, so I scheduled an appointment and now my search for a fabulous hair dresser is over. Thank you Liz for my fabulous hair cut. See you in the end of August

Note that this place supposedly still takes walk-ins during Covid, HOWEVER - Google says they're open until 8pm - they aren't. The receptionist also doesn't seem to know when they close. First she said 6pm, then she said 7pm, but if they don't get anyone waiting at 6pm they close. Since it was only 5: 52pm I asked if I could get in to see the stylist. She said she had already closed down the terminal, and to come back next week! It seems this salon doesn't really want business.

I needed a root touch up and haircut, my usual place is closed due to covid, but they recommended this salon. I had the formula as well as directions printed out. My appointment was with an older Russian women (I can’t recall her name). She thanked me for the printout, said it would be helpful, then went to mix the product. She came back and began to apply the product sting the frame of my face. I didn’t question it, thinking this is her style. Once my face was framed in the mix she divided my head in half and applied the mixture. Again, I thing this was her way off doing it. She left the mixture on for 6 minutes! We rinsed then she did the toner mixture, telling me she “tweaked” it and that I’ll like it. I told her as long as it was the color I requested. The color was SILVER with blue undertones, and the silver was in patches, plus she didn’t even cut it the way I asked. I was angry to say the least. I refused to pay her and no one else was available since it closed. I went in the next day to see the manager Zack. He quickly brought me to the back, looked over the formula, & apologized immensely. Within a few hours he had the color perfect and the exact cut I wanted. JCPennies keep Zach, he’s an amazing stylist. Get rid of the Russian women!

I hate leaving negative reviewsMy hair came out great but the experience could’ve been better. I booked a loc retwist for 12: 30 and they didn’t start on my hair until 2: 00 PM (at first the stylist said to come back at 1: 15, so I did and she was still doing another client’s hair and didn’t start until 2: 00) the manager just explained to me that “sometimes they can’t tell how long it’ll take to do someone’s hair and Saturday’s are busy”. Saturdays are busy for any business but it’s your responsibility to make sure that every client gets in on time to the best of your ability. If they were running late I wish they would have called me to push back the time or at least reschedule instead of having me drive there and wait for almost 2 hours to get my hair done. It’s inconsiderate because people have other things that they have to do, the least you could do is call to reschedule.

Stylist was nice but didnt protect my scalp during color. I developed an allergic reaction and had to go to emergency room. Also, she didn't style my hair. Salon is in disgusting state with water leakage showing on floors and overall shabby appearance. They expect the stylists to work on clients and also answer the phone at the same time. I will not be returning.

Omg this location is horrible and the manager is such a witch. Omg I just can’t. I remember when SEPHORA never had sales and was a mail order/website purchase company only. Now they have sales all the time because people are tired of encountering the rude/disgusting employees like the witch i encountered today. Ugh i won’t be surprised to hear about sephora closing many locations next year!
