Excellent food, bacin mac n cheese was best ive had, pulled pork was delicous, rest if fam had kielbasa, BLT or wings and everyone was happy. Service qas great, love the local beers n wine too

The Saltbox was great! The food was delicious, service was terrific, very quick and servers were friendly.

It was better as a cheese store. The beans side dish was good but, everything else tasted the same.
Glad I gave it a try. I won't be back.

Had dinner there tonight with the family. Every meal was great. Friendly service and family run. Meats are smoked in house!

We found this place on a whim and the food was just fantastic. I had the turkey BLT and I don't think I hang ever had more flavorful or juicy turkey in my life. The bacon was just a delicious and cooked perfectly. The bacon Mac and cheese was devoured by my kid and my husband really enjoyed the smokiness of the meatball sandwich. I'm all for the road trip to go back out there and stock up on turkey and bacon!

My family was pleased with their dinner, I am not a fan of the Mac and Cheese but I am very particular with food. The staff was great and a very relaxed atmosphere.

Stopped here on a "whim". I love good BBQ, and wasn't disappointed! Brisket was DELICIOUS! Clean, bright, inside dining area, friendly efficient smiling staff! I'll be back ASAP!

The best ever brisket and their bbq sauce is soooooo yummy and the baked beans and bacon Mac and cheese was gooooood.best place ever.you need to go. Went back again yummy yummy gonna keep going

First time there. Went to have lunch with my daughter and grandson. We all were very impressed with the staff and the food was amazing. Definitely we will go back when we drive to that part of the country. Thanks for a great meal.

In general all barbecue is good barbecue, but some is better than others. This BBQ isn't bad, but it is unremarkable. I ordered the barbecue brisket sandwich and wasn't very impressed. The service was good and fast, but the brisket didn't really have a smoky flavor and was rather bland. The sandwich came in a roll that was basically a soft sandwich roll you'd find in a bag on any grocery store shelf; soft and flavorless. I debated between a two star and three star rating and settled on the two star because honestly I wouldn't go back again.

I had the brisket, salt potatoes and beans. It was really really scrumptious! Tried the green beans and kielbasa I will certainly try them again too. So many choices to choose from.

A very friendly, cheerful place with a great country setting. Hard to see in the dark, but located right off of 104 with a great big lighted sign there. Ramp to the door is helpful for those with accessibility needs.

The food was fair, with the meats being the most interesting items. I enjoyed the BLT salad with smoked turkey. The turkey was tasty. The salty bacon bits were a little hard on my teeth but didn't seem as salty mixed with the salad. It was served with a creamy dill dressing that was perfect for it.

The wings got a mixed review. I thought they were okay but some thought they had been refried to heat them up. Beware, the spicy Asian sauce is more like teriyaki, not spicy at all. BBQ was sweet. Reports of the brisket were positive, tasty but a bit tough. The best part of the Mac and cheese with bacon was the (bacon).

All in all I would definitely go back, if just for the very kind and patient service received!

Not the best barbecue.had the cheese steak which was ok but the sides were lousy for the extra charge, pretty small. Wasn't the "smokey" flavor I was expecting.

I do not day this lightly, they served the best ribs and best coleslaw I have eaten in my entire life. Had the St. Louis Ribs, wife got BLT with in-house smoked bacon. Fantastic local gem, you owe it to yourself to try it.

Customer service was good. Food was very underwhelming after seeing reviews. Had brisket cheesesteak and wasn’t great. Bacon Mac and cheese was not good seemed almost like fake bacon. Corn bread was the best thing I had.
