Unfortunately, I didn't have a very good experience at The Shala. The studio was stuffy and not well ventilated at all (the windows and far AC unit were closed/off for the beginning of class) and I noticed they didn't wipe down the floors in-between classes which is super unhygenic. The class was not super inspiring, the instructor not very welcoming. As a yoga instructor myself, I'd recommend skipping this studio and find another.
