No one seemed to want to help me out when I was looking at skiis yesterday so I kind of lost patience and left. And it was basically empty there with a few employees walk right past me. Oh well, I'll get my skiis online.

Knowledgeable staff and good prices. They offer discounted lift tickets to most local mountains (sans Bristol) at amazing prices. They are only for specific days but it is worth popping in to check out the prices.

I had a great first time experience at the Ski Company! The guys in the snowboard shop really did a great job keeping things with in my budget and explaining the products. They set up my board with my new gear and made sure everything fit the boots i bought along with the new bindings. This will not be my last time using Ski Company!

It's ok. Some of their stuff is way over priced but their CSR's (most) are quite helpful. If not knowledgeable they find someone else who might be.

Stopped in today for a snowboard and boots. We had an awesome experience thanks to the dope selection and helpful staff. Special thanks to Tyler for dropping so many knowledge bombs!

Dave did an excellent job getting me outfitted for the season. I have difficult to fit feet and he was able to find the right boot very quickly. Pointed out skiis from last year that where a good value. Thanks.

I've been going to Ski Company for years. They've always hooked me up with great service and killer products. This year was more of the same. I put together my dream snowboarding set up and I couldn't have done it without the assistance of Tyler in the snowboard department.

I like to think that I'm an informed snowboard consumer. But the depth of information that Tyler shared with me helped to form a more expert decision than I could have ever hoped for. Honestly, I received some of the best customer service that I've ever experienced along with a detailed explanation of the product features that left me feeling confident in my purchase.

After taking my new gear to the slopes, I can't thank Tyler enough. You can count on me coming back to Ski Co.for years to come.

Honest, knowledgeable and impeccable expertise. Their workmanship can't be questioned. These people know their stuff cold and they will deal with you fairly. The customer service is by far the best you'll ever find. Once you begin to work with a salesperson, you become the only customer. No pressure, no hype, and definitely no "over sell. " Just honest to goodness taking care of you until you're completely and properly satisfied. This, and certainly not the internet is where you should go.

I was there 2 years ago with my Fiance.and I will never return. This place throws customer service right out the window. Now I don't want to rant and get even more angry with this place, so i will just post what I already wrote under my fiance's account:

I was at the Henrietta location during the 50% off sale last night. The staff there had no idea what the sale really entailed. At first I was told it was 50% off jackets. Then I was told it was only 50% jackets if I was to purchase gloves, mittens, or snow pants at full price. This location did not have the size I needed for a certain jacket, and I was told by an associate that the Bloomfield location had one in stock. Mind you, this was at 5: 50pm. Not once did anyone say that the Bloomfield location closes at 6: 00pm. Not even after someone called the Bloomfield store to verify the jacket was there. I left the Henrietta location and drove the 45 minute drive to Bloomfield to find the store closed. The lack of knowledge by the employees at the Henrietta store caused me to waste an hour and a half of driving for no reason. Not to mention the cost of gas wasted on the drive. I will never suggest anyone ever go back to this store, and I will never return myself. Not if their employees don't even know what time they close.

This place is terrible. Unfortunately they are the last place for ski equipment in ROC. Good luck. Every sales person is arrogant.

Great store followed by great customer service. I bought new skis and boots here but ended up having some issues. The team handled it perfectly and I’m back on the slopes!

The store has a ton of gear and sales. I didn’t have any trouble finding anything.

It’s a hit or miss with how busy it gets in there. It can be packed and a team member won’t be available for a good half an hour. Or it can be empty and you’re approached every other step. Great experience overall. This place won’t disappoint.

Kudos to the ski services team. I had my bindings and wax done in record time, under 30 minutes. A+ in my book

My Daughter purchased used boots but fitted improperly from staff. Went to exchange they acknowledged their mistake and they charged me $60 for the right fitting boots.

I came here to wax my snowboard. Great customer service, and great place to bring your ski/snowboard equipment for repair. They have good discount going at times and ski equipment for rental.

Dropped off our skis for a wax and edge. It was the beginning of the season so the two-week lead time wasn't a surprise.they called me the day before the skis were due to be done which one for me they would take another look.this was allegedly due to a mechanical issue but none the less they would have known whether they were going to be a week behind sooner than one day before. Not pleased.
