Great place to call home, everyone who works there is amazing and friendly also the apartment itself was brilliant and clean.

Had the pleasure of living in The Standard for 3 years. I was so happy to call this place home. From the concierges to resident manager and above, my expectations were exceeded while I was a tenant here! I had a situation with water leakage in my apartment and I was upgraded to a new unit without hesitation! I always felt at home and welcome in The Standard. If I ever find myself living back in New York, The Standard will definitely be on my list of places to live

My husband and I have been living here since the summer and we have had nothing but positive experiences here. I was very hesitant at first about moving to New Rochelle from Parkchester but the amazing staff here have made this a new home for me. Glen is an amazing realtor whose positive attitude and professionalism is unbeatable. Karen is the BEST building manager. She is always available via text and resolves any issues we face in an urgent manner. She has trained the front desk staff to be just as warm and professional. Overall, highly recommend moving here. UPDATE: 10 months later and still nothing but positive things to say about this building and its management. My husband and I have lived in many other places and this is by far the best place to live. We are so going to miss it when we move. We had fallen into tough times this year and the management was so respectful and accommodating. We will always recommend this place to everyone we meet. Glen, Karen, Georgie, may you all achieve immense success in your careers.

I lived at The Standard, when it first opened, Brand new place with several luxury amenities, I moved in this month. During my stay (3 years and two months) I never had any problems. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, respectful and attentive to any need that may arise. All common areas are very organized and impeccable. And it is very safe. They always carry out recreational activities. It is the best place to live in Downtown New Rochelle.if you want to travel by train or bus. The Standard is warm, fun and welcoming. My experience exceeds all expectations. I recommend it!

I moved into The Standard during the covid shut down, when it first opened, and I just moved out last month. In the entirety of my three years at the Standard, I never had an issue. All of the staff were incredibly helpful, pleasant, and flexible with all my needs. The amenities are always well kept and pristine. For a time, there were provided snacks and then a little coffee shop that was so convenient. Hopefully, that’s brought back. In any case, many thanks to Glenn, Karen, Brenna, Georgie, and all the other staff that really made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I’d highly recommend living at The Standard. It is a bit costly, but worth the expense.

We love this building. The staff is extremely pleasant and the building is exceptionally cleaned and well maintained. Karen the building manager is second to none. The gym and lounge areas are amazing. We've been there 4 years and the Standard is the STANDARD! The old and new neighbors all kinda get the vibe too.good job Standard staff and residents. If you're looking for a place to live, I highly recommend The Standard. We knew from the moment we walked in it was the place for us. It just has a good vibe about it.

We came into The Standard when it first opened. There are a variety of floor plans to choose from so you have a good chance of finding a layout to fit your needs and personality.

The staff is wonderful - attentive, courteous, responsive, and genuinely kind. The keep us all happy and the building functioning properly. And that makes for satisfied, friendly tenants always willing to exchange a greeting or offer a helping hand.

It's not a large property with too many tenants - and that means you aren't standing in line to use the amenities or wait for an elevator.

If you work in the city you couldn't ask for a better location - just steps away from the Metro and a 35min ride into GC.

The building is always spotless - both during and since the pandemic.

So if you're looking for a place to come home to - then The Standard is for you!

Great rooftop, well maintained facilities, wonderful staff, and rooftop yoga included as an amenity! The size of the building makes it feel more like a neighborhood of its own, which is so nice in a growing downtown like New Rochelle. The Standard is a lovely building to call home!

I lived in the Standard for two years and loved my experience here. It is such a warm community and is a place that I felt both safe and supported by the lovely people who work here. I made friends through building events and enjoyed the amenities that it had to offer. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Great front desk staff/ manager and maintenance of the amenities. Free yoga on sundays, grills on the finished roof, free hiit classes weekly, gym is always cleaned. Apartments have nice finishes and use space well. Convenient parking lot across the st. Always felt very safe there. I lived there for 3yrs starting when they opened and would have loved to stay if it was closer to work.

As pet owners, we couldn't be happier with how our pup feels comfortable and at home here at The Standard. The pet-friendly policies and amenities cater to the needs of our four-legged companions. Additionally, the presence of a dog area just across the street adds convenience and offers a dedicated space for dogs to play and socialize. It's a wonderful opportunity for our pet to get some exercise and interact with other dogs in the community.

My boyfriend and I have been living here since the beginning of this month and we are loving it so far. Glen, the leasing manager, is always friendly and extremely responsive as is the building manager, Karen. Concierge staff and maintenance are awesome as well. Centrally-located building and well within walking distance to restaurants and the train station. Gym is always clean and quiet, albeit a little small, but to be expected for a smaller complex. They make up for it with a wide variety of virtual classes you can select on the TV in the yoga room, and they offer in-person classes as well. Cannot beat covered parking at town price either, right across the road and have never had an issue finding a spot. There are several new luxury high-rises going up around New Ro, but your money is best spent here.

I lived at The Standard for a year and would continue living there if I hadn't changed jobs. I felt rather spoiled. They staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. They are always readily available and respond very quickly. Whenever I would send them an email during business hours, they would usually respond within the hour. Maintenance folks were always on hand for same-day repairs. My unit was in great shape when I moved in and included a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and a dresser in the bedroom. Neighbors were great and polite, never bothered me. I am definitely not getting the same bang for my buck where I currently live, so I hope future tenants take advantage and know they have it good.
