Great atmosphere. Somewhat reasonable prices if you order a big mug of alcohol. They’re low on staff though. Can’t order at the bar. Kitchen is slow. Would probably not go back.

Definitely has gone downhill. Management made me feel extremely unwelcome. Table service is not as straightforward as the old style ticket system they used to have. All around negative vibes.

Honestly one of the worst German beer gardens I've been to but it's got nice outdoor seating. The food was mediocre (especially the pretzel) and the beer menu was very limited.

Great atmosphere. Perfect place for a chill night, but with some energy. The bartenders were all having a good time and it was easy to meet folks. Highly recommend!

Used to be one of my favorite places and now the management sux. Do not go here horrible service and a joke. We went to watched the euro cup game a d it was empty. They made us wait in a line and said we would be seated soon even though we had other meeting. Waited 20. While they slowly let I. People into an empty beer garden and finally got the front and refused to sit us to our party was there. Even though we asked original and already missed 20 of the game we want to watch. It isn't a high end club or dinner. It is a set garden that was empty. Places are dying for business and they clearly don't care and have no autwr service. This place went from amazing to empty bad service and not worth your time. Get new management and don't come.

The beer is still great but the food and especially service is terrible. Our red head waitress got every single order wrong. And ended up overcharging us. Go elsewhere.

A fun place to stop by for a pint or 32oz. Being from the PNW where the best beer in the world is crafted, the beer selection was meager but it quenched my thirst. NYC is a fun and bustling city, a site to see and enjoy! The Standard Highline is a unique hotel, good for a visit but not worth coming back for.

STAFF ATTITUDES WERE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! From the security guard with the pony tail. The individual in the booth, and the waitstaff.

Other than one waitress with red hair (i wish I got her name when I exited). She was the only kind and professional individual we communicated with.

I used to love this place, have just been back for the first time since COVID. So sad, prices have gone dramatically, the beer selection is very poor (there used to be very good German beers) und the wait to get in is ridiculous because of staff shortage. Atmosphere is still nice. Very sad, used to be a regular.

Do not waste your valuable time and money at this place. There are so many better beer gardens in NYC. The inside is pretty cool but that's about it. They only have 3 kinds of beer on tap. Server doesn't come around often so it'll take forever to place your order. We had a big group (+20 people) but the server wouldn't split the check into two even when we sat on two separate tables. A couple of us stood around to figure out everyone's check. As soon as we paid, manager dude yells at us to leave and tells us we can't stand around like that. Horrible service, mediocre food, and awful choices of beer. Yet, it is labeled biergarten. What a joke.

Extremely pretentious. Will have you wait 30 min for a table when there are tons free just to make the queue longer to seem more desirable.

The waiter was really rude. He asked us what we want to drink 20 min before the last call and he never brought the drinks. When we asked what happened, he was extremely rude. I regret leaving a good tip (much higher than 20%).

Good beer, but they may trick your table into buying cheese fondue (without mentioning that it’s $15/person, and barely even mentioned on their menu).

Quite a rude surprise when our table of six got charged an extra $90 for a pot of melted mid-grade cheese.

Sneaky pricing, wait staff push fondue with pretzels but don’t communicate the cost. Menu ambiguous. Rude surprise paying $60 for a hot bowl of cheese.

Our host Ben was the best. Very accommodating to our large party and made us feel at home. It was a very busy night, lot's going on, and it didn't feel like him or the team missed a beat. Highly recommend and will be back!

The elote fries are amazing but I wasn't very fond of the dirty chili hot dog, it must've been the chili because it tasted a bit weird and canned. The staff was super sweet except our cashier, he came off a bit rude & didn't explain the menu well after we told him it was our first time. I'd recommend getting fries though.

This place is my number one place. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this place.everytime I want to go to a delicious lunch, this place comes straight to my mind.fresh and varied food and a large menu.professional team, and great vibes. Not less important, the price is decent. I tell about this place with pleasure.

Fun place to go to with friends for a little taste of German cuisine but the menu is fairly small. But I love the outdoor seating area and the ping pong/ foosball tables inside.

This is a fun Octoberfest inspired bar. Fairly busy with an after work crowd on a Wednesday night. Tickets cost $10 and a ticket gets you a drink or a food item. Bartender friendly and explained all the beers on tap. All beers except one are from Germany and are quite tasty:) Right off the beltline and super fun!

Solid German Octoberfest styled bar. Not too popping on a Monday night, but then again if you are out drinking on a Monday night you could have a problem. Wouldn't recommend a romantic date here, but definitely a evening out with the boys would suffice
