The Stonewall Inn reviews
14I go there most almost every week. I love the atmosphere. Charles is the best bar tender there, always makes me feel welcome and at home. I specifically go there to see him.
I can’t believe it took me over two years to get down here! I work too much. If you work too much too, and want a fun place to chill during what little downtime you have come down to Stonewall. The drinks and service are excellent and so is Kristy if you’re lucky enough to be here when she is. Best bartender ever! I think she just made me a regular
Thx for the night bc this bartender Charles made my night! Such a pro! We miss this kind of person in the night life in New York! Can’t wait to be back! Charles be ready
Terribly disappointing. I ordered a Martini and whilst I didn’t expect too much I did expect a full slice of lemon. Mine looked like someone had eaten it, was it even a new plastic cup?
We visited The Stonewall Inn on our first night in NYC and was welcomed with open arms. All staff were very friendly and attentive, in particular Kristy and Mel who were just great. We will definitely be going back and highly recommend a visit to this important and iconic venue. Thank you.
The iconic Stonewall Inn should not have as many bad reviews and complaints as I see on here. Seems to me the owners don't care about its history that changed the gay world. Too bad
Such a great and memorable place! Good for drinks with friends after work. Love celebrating pride here too
I lost my PASSPORT and wallet and the bartender Miles was so so so sweet and working so hard all night and found it for me at the end of the night. Not everyone in New York cares like that. I’m so grateful, give miles a 500$ bonus pls
Always a fun spot to dance. Drinks aren’t very expensive. Place is inclusive towards all genders
Going give it 5 stars due to its history but to the guy bartender up stairs that seems like he is rude to everybody all the time & got catty with me & put me out last summer because I asked for light ice in my jack & coke go fck yourself long & hard.
A great little bar to visit and worth going to, if not just to say that you’ve been there. Staff were quite friendly and some drinks were reasonably priced. I would have given it a full 5 stars however, I found it strange as to why the same drink I was ordering (large vodka with Diet Coke), had jumped from $10 on the bottom bar to $20 when I ordered on the upstairs bar. I did question this at the time but was told that the staff member who survived me upstairs most likely misheard me when taking my order ️
Service upstairs was amazing, i had the best time, the bartender w the long hair and the DJ were so nice Sunday night. Would come back any time.
Coole dunkle Kneipe, wir hatten einen guten Abend - auch als hetero die Bar könnte ein bisschen freundlicher sein
Lesbian puerto rican bartender on second level with tattoos was extremely drunk and disgustingly rude.
