Beautiful building. Amazing neighborhood. Incredible management since R. E. M. Residential took over. The superintendent Drew is incredible. So reliable, smart, efficient, and nice. I cannot say enough good things about this building.
One of the sketchy crackhead looking people that hang out under the scaffolding 24/7 ran up to me stuck their hand in my jacket pocket and ran away with $10. They should definitely do something about the people loitering outside.
I hate the direct bodega / panhandler corner.the elevator was broken for 2 months.but generally the apartments are really beautiful
