We found this place using Knockknockcity, to leave our luggage there before our flight (since we left our Airbnb in the morning but the flight was in the evening). The clerk was very friendly and even gave us some water bottles. When we returned we got our luggage back. I bought a hand luggage there and the clerk was very helpful and he knew what he was talking about.

The store clerk welcomed me and my dog into the store. I was not looking for a deal, I wanted a cheap bag. The clerk did not try to upsell me. This place has what you need to prepare your upcoming trip, even a cold bottle of water on a hot day.

Reasonable prices, kind owner who wouldn't accept tips and offered us cold water on a hot summer day. I recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place to store luggage for an afternoon.

This is a fantastic place to grab luggage and any quick needs like locks etc. I wanted a solid medium sized suitcase to go to Europe for a few weeks but wanted to stay within a reasonable price range and they helped me find the best option. Very knowledge and friendly. Open good hours so if you need a place in Brooklyn this is the spot. Thanks again for all your help!

While it was a bit far to get to it was worth the experience. They gave us quality luggage bags for a fair good price and even gave us a discount for the bags as well. Overall their service was great and so were their products.

I was looking for a specific adapter for my plug and he helped me finding it, while being very gentle and patient.
He also gave my girlfriend and me two bottles of water because it was a hot day. I happily bought also a mobile charger.
All in all, it was a great experience!
