The Ultimate Tattoo & Body Piercing, Rochester NY

Went in to get my little cousin a nose piercing as a birthday gift. I was told that their prices start at 75 and only recommend that piercing for 18 and older. After she explained, she wanted her ear pierced as well.we were told it would be 95 in total. So I asked why it was so expensive there as I was too lazy to drive to the city from rush. The guy stated that's their pricing, so I took her in the city to a licensed tattoo shop and got both of her piercings for $40. Overpriced and builds no repor with customers. Won't return. Rather, take the drive to the city.

I brought my young child in to get their ears pierced and Kristin was excellent. She explained everything to both of us and let my child ask any and all questions. She provided a calm, soothing environment and made the whole experience very positive. The store is very clean and everything was sterile, I highly recommend coming here for your piercing.

Went there today with a friend to get my nose pierced. We had a great experience, The place was clean had a lovely environment. Tony was great, very professional and very nice. He explained everything he was going to do and did our piercings really quickly. After getting my nose pierced I did experience some dizziness but was told to lie back on a couch and given some juice and it passed quickly. Honestly, everyone was so nice. I was thoroughly impressed and will be back the next time I want a piercing.

Exceptional customer service and support even when COVID concerns might dictate otherwise. This kind of customer service is sacrificial. You don’t see it very often!

Tony has done my nose and my 3rd lobe holes and helix. He is extremely chill to work with and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole experience!

Got 3 piercings at once and boy was my anxietyat an all time high. Tony was ABSOLUTELY amazing and DEFINITELY deserves a raise! He was VERY informative and had A LOT patience with me. No pressure no rush. He made sure I was comfortable. Very clean and professional setting.

I came in and met with Tony who pierced my septum. The environment was clean, and tony was very knowledgeable and professional! I felt comfortable during the piercing as he told me what he was doing during each step.

I'm a big baby when it comes to needles, but Tony did my cartilage really quick and it felt nearly painless! Atmosphere is really inviting. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get pierced:)

Hate trying to do reviews on my phone. This was suppose to be 5 stars from the beginning. Super clean shop, went in for a septum piercing and they were awesome.

Elizabeth pierced my ears. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and had a sense of humor. I trust her judgment completely and will highly recommend her to people.

Waste of time! I scheduled for my daughter to get a belly piercing the day before. When I went in I had to fill out a lot of paperwork and both had to show ID. That was not a problem. After picking out a belly ring they looked at her belly button and the owner decided that her belly button was "too narrow" and she said they would not pierce it. They should've did that before filling out paperwork. Also, they are pretty pricey. I went somewhere else where I had no problems and they were cheaper.

Great place! Was very impressed by the customer service, knowledge, cleanliness, and care. Tony was our piercer and was very friendly. I can tell that he has been excellently trained. I went in to get my ears pierced after having not worn any jewelry for over 20 years. This was my first visit to the The Ultimate - noticing how clean and organized the place is. Everyone I interacted with was professional and welcoming.
Tony assisted me in picking out studs for the piercings and said he would try to see if the holes were still partially open. He was very gentle and discovered that all four previous piercings were still usable, saving me money. I highly recommend The Ultimate. I will definitely be back for my next piercing. Just be aware that if you plan on tipping your piercer, tips are cash only.
