My husband and I were completely satisfied with this UPS store. They packaged our return and sent it out in record time. The employees were kind and helpful and worked efficiently to process the customers.

I had a great deal of china to be packed and shipped and Jeff did a magnificent job. Would send anything via his work.

Evie is the young lady who helped me. She was efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, kind and patient with me. I appreciated her respect and courtesy tremendously.

Came in to send an item and an overweight gentlemen gave me the finger in pointing out my tracking number. I called UPS corporate offices and reported him. At very least I hope he hears about it. That is grossly unprofessional and no way to behave in a business setting. I will drive the extra distance to go to the location in the village from now on.
