The UPS Store, New York NY

I asked if they have a email to send the labels to, they told me no. I wasted time sending the labels to myself. I wouldn’t have mind paying for the full service if they could help me. Instead you get billed for the time on the computer and you get billed per 8 minutes not for access. Then a coworkers friend came in and they printed for free for them via email when I wouldn’t have mind paying for the same service.

Jeff its notary- so incredible rude - not sure who he thinks he is.could not have been a worse experience.no other employee in the store, and there were at least 4 others said a thing to him while he acted the way he did.go to the store on 57 between 8 and 9 avenues, night and day in the action of the staff, just currently no notary on staff which is why i went to this ups location.next time i will go to arrow pharmacy for notary. Anywhere but this ups store.lost a customer to ups.

The rudest UPS store I have ever been to. The store workers act cocky and are completely unhelpful. Went to a nearby UPS store and people were so much nicer. They really should close this location or replace the workers here.

Lost my UPS tracking number for one of my return packages. I called this UPS and Jeff was super helpful in assisting me find my tracking number by communicating through text.
