Very rude guy answer phone that seems to have a diabetes issue. I spoke with owner Firoz who promised a refund because item arrived damaged and ruined. Rude guy on phone was not only ignorant but disgusting, then he hung up. Really classy business here… contacting nation UPS to report and cancelling all furtive pick ups with Benegit Auctions. Horrible experience!

Owner should do everyone a favor and post hours when the store will actually be open.not hours when it might be open.but actually not open.as was the case for me today.

I visited the store in person to make sure they would accept a package on my behalf, and was assured that yes, they'd accept it - for a fee of course. But when a piece arrived a week later, they refused it!

Horrible customer service. The store is dirty. One of the employees kept chanting, "Mercedes Firetruck" over and over. The other employee was talking disparagingly about another customer. Never again.

This is the worst UPS store and he should have his franchise pulled. He is rarely open during posted hours and is ridiculously slow to help customers. Go to the one in Briarcliff - it's worth the drive.

Stop complaining. Your transaction is worth pennies to these people, don't expect them to fawn over you like they should be grateful to just be in your presence. If you think it is easy to find quality customer service based employees at or near minimum wage keep dreaming. This location while small, has always received my delivers and shipments. It is not their job to ensure your package is ready to ship so stop being so lazy and entitled and have your act together. I always come in with my items actually ready to ship and receive adequate service. Certainly not something to rave over, but the service and location is fitting for what services they provide.

Only one in town. Friendly, but generally crowded. Has fee based mailboxes right at entrance, but because store is so small, the outgoing UPS boxes compete with store entrance and copy machines. Everything works, but it's very tight

One of the worst experience. Rude rude rude.
I was asking to send an item that require a box, the guy in the counter was so rude and told me that is the last time I do that next time come prepare! He trough on me the receipt and I just stand and said thank you and that I appreciate his help.
I will never go to this store anymore not to mention that the store look like a storage
Don’t go there.

The place did not open 8 AM 15 Septemer 2021. An employee apparently came a few minutes before 8 AM and then left and did not leave a message about the non-opening. At least 6 customers were impacted by this occurrence.

Yeah i was passing by today, thought i would mail a package from this ups store.package had both return address and shipping address written on the package.guy asked if i shipped from there before, i said yes 2 weeks ago. He cant find me in system via phone or last name.i said i just want to "mail" the package and pay for it.he said he needs a ship to and from.i said its on the package whats the problem.he said "we are not the post office! " what the hell does that mean.i walked out.and they get the two words "NEVER AGAIN"

You have no service in the store to access your amazon return label. Have to go outside everytime.losing your place in line. Multiple returns end up taking at least 15 mins.

I went in to return an amazon package. The guy told me he needs $2 for tape. The return is meant to be free and I'm sure they have a deal with amazon. Completely dishonest and robbery. I called amazon and the sales person refunded the $2 and agreed that it is completely wrong. Not cool. Would not go in there again.

I never write reviews, but the service at this UPS store is so beyond subpar it needs to be noted. Every time I walk in I’m treated like I’m a problem, the guy at the desk 100% does not want to be here and makes it known in his tone and mannerisms. Website says open until 6: 30PM, but they’ve decided that they make their own hours here and close at 5PM. Do yourself a favor and find any other UPS store you can.

Go early - it looks like their hours changed. They were closed at 5: 45pm on a Friday despite the hours here and on the UPS website showing 6: 30pm. The sign on the door also listed 5pm for all weekdays. The UPS website had it wrong too. Hopefully it'll be updated by the time you read this. Service is fine otherwise.

Unbelievable, I'm just trying to drop off a prepaid package and I get yelled at by the two obnoxious employees, I didn't put the package at the right spot, I stepped on something on the floor. Terrible service

Bad Experince (s). Called three different times to have a small package picked up and shipped from an auction house. First call they said they would take care of it. Three weeks later I called again and left a message. Call was never returned. Two days later I was given one of the proprietor's cell phone numbers. Guy was rude when I asked him to clarify his e-mail address. It broke down from there and ended up with him hanging up. I finally just called the auction house and told them to donate my item to charity. This place did worse than nothing for me and more importantly they don't seem to care at all.

Went into this store today for an amazon return. The man behind the counter clearly couldn't be bothered to make the experience decent. Instead was a curmudgeon, he wouldn't just add se shipping tape to the box, that Amazon says doesn't need to be boxed for the return. Was forced to purchase an overpriced roll of shipping tape.

Packages from this store “mysteriously” get lost. They never answer the phone and when they do, they are rude and hang up the phone on you.
