That place is crazy busy - AJ keeps his cool and manages everyone and everything with efficiency and grace.

I have used various services provided by this store. I have had nothing but positive experiences. AJ is exceptionally helpful and intuitive. Normally you dread a place this, but this man’s excellent customer service makes me look forward to my next visit…

Called today in desperate need of a notary! When I arrived they took care of me immediately even if I did mention the wrong name from the earlier phone conversation LOL! They were very kind, professional, and efficient with everyone that walked through the door! Huge thanks to Scott and AJ!

Every time I come to this store (which is probably about once a month) the staff is SO friendly and genuinely nice to everyone. I love coming here. They all deserve raises.

I arrived here on a Sunday at no later than 2: 55pm when the store closes me at 3pm. To my surprise the door was locked and the employee at the desk refused to open it. I just had to drop off a package as well, nothing complicated. The store hours posted on the door also said open until 3pm. Other customers were oustide with me, also there before 3pm. Why would the store close before the posted hours? What's the reason for having store hours when they aren't even adhered to? Very dissatisfied with my visit to this store.

I always use this UPS store instead of the post office - they are super helpful and reliable. I have been shipping packages to my son who is away at college in Washington, DC and unlike the USPS, the packages arrive on time and because there is also a UPS store on his campus there is never any problem getting packages to his dorm. It is also helpful that they have all prior addresses on file so no need to fill out endless paperwork to ship to the same addresses. Thank you Croton UPS store for your continued excellent customer service!
