Amazing amazing amazing service here! I live down the block and come here often for shipping services for my job, as well as to return Amazon packages and I have always had superb experiences. But I had to take moment to write a review to shout out Osama Abdalla, the owner, and his entire team, for the way he went above and beyond for me.

After shipping out seven large and expensive packages a few days before Christmas, I realized an item for one recipient ended up in a box meant for another. I panicked! I initially called UPS directly but they were unable to help. The tracking numbers had not yet been populated with any information, so I couldn’t even tell which was which. So I went back to the UPS store in a desperate scramble and Osama immediately said he could help. After heading downstairs, he emerged with detailed print outs of each package, recipient, tracking number, invoice number and every detail I needed. But! Instead of sending me away and making me call UPS back and fight with them, he called them back himself and asked that the packages be re-routed back to his store so that I could switch out the item myself. He truly went above and beyond in every way.

I come to this store multiple times a week and have never had anything but amazing service, but this experience was so much more than I ever expected. At a time as stressful as the holidays, and especially when it comes to work related issues, I cannot thank Osama enough for his kindness, his call to action, or his help in resolving my very convoluted and frustrating issue!

Highly recommended. I had a shipping issue and Erick was so professional and helpful. Followed up and helped resolve. Customer service was exceptional!

Put in a print order for a return slip for package and it was done very quickly. I was also able to efficiently process my return right afterward

I always stop in here to get stuff printed out and shipped. Eric is great, he helps me out all the time.

Three different notary appointments, THREE! ALL CANCELLED! Always the morning of the appointment. Do not use UPS as your notary, unreliable and unprofessional. Stop wasting people’s time!

Store was not open when posted hours say otherwise. Wasted my time getting there. Go to the one on 2nd Ave instead. Worker there very efficient and nice.

Edit: this is in response to the owner’s reply - “The store opened and you left by the time the associate was opening the door. ”

The store’s opening hour is 9am on a weekday. I was there at 9: 25am and it was dark inside. By blaming me and lying that there was an associate at the door is the poorest defense. Clearly others reviewers have had the same frustrations. Fix your own problems before making excuses on your customers.

Terrible place. Went to ask about a package that never arrived, and the supervisor smirked and said “if we only lose 2 out of every 100 packages that’s good”

This place is the worst, they randomly close all the time! Staff is not very nice and dismissive at best

I had to ship off a ton of heavy packages, and Isaac was so helpful, patient, and kind! Such a great experience that I wasn't even expecting.

Owner and Notary Public, Osama, took good care of my personal business and my notarial assignments when called to and is very helpful!

Made several Amazon returns over the years, staff is quick and efficient. Thank you for helping me make photocopies as well.

This UPS has printing and notary options both. You can take your thumb drive and get black and white or color photocopies here. Charges vary depending on print size and color scale. This place gets crowded quickly hence, it’s better to organize everything before visiting the store. That’ll help you get your job done and you’ll be out of the store in no time.

Notary services are available in ver here as well, I recommend calling and confirming beforehand. Charges of getting notary sign and the circular stamp are different, so please ask and confirm. I paid $5 for a fully notarized document.

The staff here is always super friendly and helpful! One of the delivery men, Will, who happened to be in the store helped me with a large package when he didn’t have to and it was much appreciated! It’s nice to know that people still extend random acts of kindness:)

Eric and Dalia have been working their tails off during this pandemic. Whenever I go in the store they are so beyond helpful and always have a smile on their faces even under the current circumstances and crazy influx of people. They also follow safety protocols to the T which always makes me feel better when needing to use their services. THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL OF YOUR HARD WORK! MUCH APPRECIATED!

Every time I've gone to this UPS Store, I've had a really positive experience. The owner and the people who are working for him are very friendly and helpful, and competent. I had a bunch of presents I needed to ship for the holidays and they wrapped them perfectly and helped ensure that my packages arrived in time. Every time I need to get something shipped, I come here.

Came on a Sunday at 4 PM and they were closed! So frustrating carrying something all the way here and seeing the gates down! Completely unacceptable for a business. ** I would love to see proof that you were open when you were definitely closed on 9/1. I walked half a mile to the next closest store before *they* closed at 4: 30 and they also confirmed this store frequently closes before they are supposed to.
