Beware. Packages get lost and they don’t insure packages in case they lose them. Called corporate and no one is available to help find the package. Therefore I have to pay for a returned item I no longer have. This is not the way to do business.

Love this place. I had a box of China that i needed to send across country. They packaged and shipped it and made sure I paid the lowest price possible. Arrived perfect! I also had a really delicate and damage lamp and manager there advised me how to pack and that I should take on plane as carryon- it would be safer and less expensive. That made trip safely too (although security made me open it, which was a hassle.) Highly reccommend.

I have been there when no one is in line and when it has been so busy that the line has wrapped around inside of store. And the staff has been nothing but polite and quick to make sure everything is done correctly. Always very efficient and Friendly.

The line was extremely long, and everyone was inside on top of each, leaving you no room for personal space. If anyone had sneezed, it would have been in someone face or neck.

In person I've had great experiences, and I have to ship large and insured artwork. However, trying to get someone on the phone there for a quote seems to be nearly impossible. I will go days of trying to call and the phone just rings and rings and it's pretty infuriating.

Besides long line, some giggly schoolgirl looking clerk told me amazon was down, couldn't do returns.

75% of the times I go there I have a weird/difficult request and they have been always kind, patience and professional.

Sometimes long lines but hey that’s part of the game

I sold an item through eBay to someone in Germany. The item was boxed and weighed before it was listed for sale, so the buyer would know the shipping charge. The shipping came to $322.00. I called this store and asked in advance if they had the necessary forms I'd have to fill out. A woman answered the phone and told me she had any forms I'd need. I thanked her, and arrived at the store the next day first thing in the morning. Before I began filling out the forms she ran my buyer's address and informed me the shipping would be $367.00. I questioned the amount, told her this was a sale through eBay, and before I could finish my sentence she went on about how "eBay gets a "discount" from shippers and that their quotes reflect that discount" - such is true but ONLY if you actually PURCHASE shipping through eBay, which I had not. I knew she was incorrect - it didn't matter - I was talking to a wall. I did not have the buyer's phone number and could not complete the required form. I left the store, and later that day with my buyer's phone number decided to go directly to the UPS center in Chester, New York, an actual UPS distribution center with a customer counter. I walked in, spoke to the clerk, typed in the information necessary, and the shipping charge came to $308.00. I questioned the clerk - "no, the amount was correct. " Had I shipped through the Middletown UPS store instead of directly through UPS I would have overpaid $59.00 for THE EXACT SAME SHIPPING SERVICE. The Chester UPS center isn't far from Middletown. They can't pack an item, but they can accept ready to ship parcels. Unbelievable.

After a long day of trying to fulfill an order through Facebook Market Place; I went through FB customer service who didn't help at all (go figure a $500Billion company has terrible customer service), hours of wasted time, then to USPS which was even worse and the "I have been here for 34 years and know more than corporate" gentleman said that I needed to pay $140 more to ship this item even though shipping was already paid. Finally, I arrived at this UPS store and within 3 minutes, no "extra charge" my item was shipped. Adrianna and Catherine were extremely helpful, very customer focused, knowledgeable and a delight to be around. To both of you, Thank You!

I came in on a super busy day and it seemed like every customer had some type of hiccup (myself included). There were only 2 women working at the time and they were both really patient, kind and efficient.

Wow, What a great job the staff at this location is doing. Must be one of the busiest shipping / returns day of the year and they all have a positive attitude and working efficiently. When I got on line there were 14 people ahead of me and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Fantastic!
