The website says they have notarization services. This is a lie. What else do they lie about? I do not trust this location and I do not recommend anyone to use it.

The young man who i believe is the manager of this UPS store, Is a doll. He is always patient always smiling. He is always ready to help and very knowledgeable. The store is clean, well lit and spacious. Welcome to Hell’s kitchen, UPS! It’s so great to see a business moving in and not moving out! That’s especially meaningful because this business is so well run. So thank for the excellent service and the smiles of your employees.

If you're a serious business owner, avoid this UPS location at all costs. There is nothing ethical or professional about this location. We ran into an issue on a recent business trip here where the store held our packages hostage and wouldn't allow us to receive our packages without paying over $100 for them. Doesn't matter that we called the store before hand to make sure the access point was set up properly - or the fact that even the UPS customer phone support agreed that we shouldn't have to pay anything to receive our packages. When UPS corporate is disagreeing with UPS local, you know something is awry. Doesn't help that the poor, nice employee wanted to just give us the packages, but was under strict charge from their boss to charge for them. This place is shady and will rip you off.

Recently went to this UPS location to get some help shipping stuff for a convention and had the BEST experience possible. Hector helped me out and he literally is the perfect example of who you want working at your store! He made the process easy and was beyond helpful. He was very kind and truly knows the meaning of customer service! I highly recommend this spot for anyone needing to ship something out it NYC!

I called in Labor Day just to be sure they are open as most of the ups stores were closed. I asked politely “are you open today? ” The guy from the ups store replied in a rude tune “ yes we are open I picked up the phone” I asked until when please he hang up on me. Worst costumer service ever not sure how they hire such people. They are just good at making you feel bad.

It's only been open for a brief moment, but EVERY INSTANCE, i come there is always a line and one person manning the store, and i mean all hours of operation, M-Su.please expect a 15-20 minute wait, even with simple amazon returns with QR codes

Service is prompt and efficient! We went around 4: 30 and there was no line. Dylan helped us out with shipping our package. Would recommend this specific location.

It cost $6.29 to print a shipping label. I can't in good conscience recommend this place in any way.

This place will absolutely nickel and dime you for everything they can. They charge you right off the bat just for time spent on the computer to print off a shipping label - in addition to the cost you’re actually paying for each page printed and any time past the first few minutes. This is a very unethical practice by the franchise owner.

I had a box of important things to be shipped back home from NYC. There is a famous quote by Maya Angelou that goes, ‘Customer Service is what you do for someone. Hospitality is how you make them feel’. Of course the Store team of Derrick and Endry were able to deal With labeling and shipping the box…That’s what I needed. They did that smoothly and efficiently (after even taking the time to explain me getting a packing label online first at the UPS website… An easy transaction….
But when I get a cheerful smile and greeting, and an air that has us leaving thinking, ‘Man, those two sure took care of us’, and had us leaving feeling relieved that my gear is smoothly on its way and giving us a big relief of task accomplished, and thinking, if I lived in NYC, THAT would be my go-to store….
Now that is HOSPITALITY!
UPS Mgmt- You’ve got a couple of hospitality pros working this center…!

Superior. Waldo the UPS employee who helped me was knowledgeable. Answered questions, was a Notary, which I needed, and patient & courteous with my questions.
