I prefer this store because it’s never crowded and no lines. Can drop offs and ship faster than any other store in Brooklyn. Saves lots of time

Nice and clean store, easy and efficient for drop offs, shipping, returns etc, must pay a visit for any shipping, returning related issues and much more.

The lady working there was super friendly and helped me to deal with my problematic parcel. The shop is in good location and looks really tidy

The guy didn't charge me for taping, so somehow I saw some negative comments which was not right at all. The best UPS store in NYC I’ve seen so far. Very convenient just next to Subways makes it easy to ship packages before going to work.

I went there for passport photo, but it didn’t meet the requirements. The staff was nice, telling me that I can return to redo it if any problem. Of course, my passport photo was rejected and I ended up taking it in Manhattan. Find a more professional/skillful place to take your passport photo or waste your money.

This UPS Store is a great addition to the neighborhood. Lately I’ve needed notary, faxing, and packing/shipping services, and it’s been such a wonderful help to have a place so close. The staff is exceptional and the help they provide is awesome. I’m glad to have the store close by, but I’m especially glad it’s this store with this team.

Very cheap and they didn’t charge me for notary since I have mailbox there. Also I got free shredding and prints.spacious with beautiful ambience.

Terrible customer service and charges $5 to use a small amount of tape. Go to a different location.

I had the opportunity to ship a package from this store, and the customer service was great! The representative was able to answer all of my questions with detailed explanations. She also helped me decide on the best shipping method for my package. Will definitely be visiting this location again!

I had a return package and the employee refused to tape my package unless I paid 5$. I worked at The UPS Store in the past and this was never a policy. I recommend going to a different location close by.

Shanajah was so helpful and patient! This is really one of the best Ups stores in the area. The staff is always helpful and have positive attitudes. Im willing to walk the extra 10 mins just to come to this location.

Easy accessible, cheap prices compare to other UPS store in Brooklyn or Manhattan. I dropped my Amazon return at 830 which was very helpful before going to work

This is a brand new store and the staff have been friendly, professional and quick in providing their services. Omar helped me send off an international package today and he was well knowledgeable in all the questions I had, and even provided insight into the UPS process. Looking forward to returning to this store for future needs!

Nice clean new store. But they overcharge me for printing out labels. $2 for a black/white page? If you create the print job online it's like 17c per page.
