The UPS Store, Geneva NY

My salesperson was very nice I forgot a piece of paper that I needed to ship things and she just told me that I could bring it right back that day so I did she was very nice I can't remember her name

I would give them no stars if possible. I called three times over 30 minute period. The phone would ring and ring, then disconnect. When I finally got someone, I asked if they were open. I told them I have been calling. Female CSR had sassy comments, saying that is what they do when there is a line. She put the owner on the line and he confirmed this was their policy. I will drive to Auburn. I am not going to support this business model.
PS, I called the Auburn UPS Store and they answered after the first ring.

I've only had to come here to return Amazon packages - it's super easy and you don't need any packaging for it, and they just scan the code from your phone and they package it for you with others. You get a credit back to your account immediately doing it this way, AND save trucks on the road overall. The guy I see working the front desk every time I come in seems to know his stuff well and is very friendly and helpful. Everyone seems to know and like him and I always leave with a smile. Its a convenient place to have around for this purpose!:)

I'm currently in Raleigh on business for an extended period of time. I have very important packages (monthly) sent this way, using this UPS Location. There's a female associate or manager there who has been helping me out a ton getting these packages sent to me, sometimes very time sensitive. She's amazing and she's a life saver. Whoever you are, thank you! Give this woman a raise UPS!

They have always been polite and helpful. No problems sending or reiceivng items Amazon returns always texted receiving item and my account credited.

I had to send back an Amazon purchase for refund using free Amazon shipping label. I then had to pick up my kids from school so I had only a few mins to do this. I didn’t have the original box so had to get one from the store. This merchandise was a folded up dog crate about 3ft by 2ft. I had no other option but to buy one from the store. And guess how much the box cost. $20 including the tax! I was gob-smacked at the most expensive cardboard box I had to buy. This felt like a complete rip off. Next time I will give more time for myself and box my own package. The owner’s smirk attitude was a icing on the cake. “Is this something you wanna do? ” was sort of what he said and also said it was a big box. I think he sort of knew this was a outrageous price for a box. Oh and by the way, the merchandise was only $50.
I will only use this store if I had a free drop off with my own box. I would have given zero if I had an option especially given the smirking attitude.

The sign clearly says the hours of operation. Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. Tell me why I pull up at 5: 50 and the worker is walking out the door, jumping over their rides hood, gets in the car and leaves. And then when I go up to the door to see if anyone else was in there, the door was locked and the employee saw me and walked away. Real nice UPS.

The older blonde working behind the counter has the worst costumer service skills I’ve ever experienced. What a poor example of what a ups employee should be like.

Been getting packages from UPS Geneva OPENED and items missing. Will be posting from now on because this is getting insane

Been with this particular UPS Store for decades and they have never failed me or my organization. They set the bar!

Outstanding service - knowledgeable efficient and very friendly. They recommend the best carrier to use if you are unsure! Highly recommended.

Rick and Missy are wonderful. I’m a DIY fanatic and often frequent this establishment to send packages and most recently for large prints. Rick and Missy got right to work editing what I needed and called me throughout the process to update me on the status. They are both so friendly and accommodating. Would give more stars if possible!

Website is not accurate. They state it's open on Sunday 6am-11pm & it is not. When you're traveling from a distance is makes a huge difference when you get to the location of it's not open. Change your hours!

Long lines and rude cashier's. Gotta love postal work. Could've gone my day without the attitude but I'm sure she was just having a bad day and her face doesn't always look so mean. Need better staffing.
