17I get my business done. Don't like paying for every little item such as tape and print and the wait can be lengthy at times. Other than that it's good
I paid extra for a boxless return via Narvar and they refused to take it. "We don't do that. It's not our job. You have to box it. " They were kind of nasty about it. UPS clearly launched a new service and just forgot to tell their employees.
Then they said they'd scan it and take it, but it wouldn't move through the system. I agreed since it would be not my problem anymore. As soon as they scanned it, they backtracked, and yelled at me to take my package back.
It turned into a huge headache for me. Neither Narvar nor UPS would provide any customer service until I Tweeted at them.
There are also often huge lines down the block.
EDIT: Just realized it's probably franchised, so that's why it's bad. UPS, set some standards for your franchisees!
I saw good reviews for notrary, so I went there today, great and fast service! All stuffs are very kind and helpful!
Extremely helpful staff and love the convenience of drop off returns with the QR code. Sometimes there's usually a short wait.
Very busy shop, but all employees are very willing to help in any way they can. I send my assistant to this shop regularly.
Truly disappointed with this ups location I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time and again they told me that another package is Lost or never received are freaking kidding me! You're supposed to be an employee and your stealing people packages that you have no idea how much in value it was. SERIOUSLY fire everyone that works there because this is unacceptable! Wish I could give 0 stars.
Everytime I am at this location, the staff are informative and patient, despite being swamped with non-stop multi-tasking all day! I really appreciate your hard work and professionalism!
Small, yes fully staffed. Didn't know you have to pay to pick up any packages you have sent there as a drop off site. At least their safe
I've had exceptional service here two visits in a row. Ariana has helped me each time. The place is always busy, and she is always friendly, calm and patient with complicated orders and processes them efficiently. I'm so happy to have this UPS store nearby.
Not sure why this place has so many good reviews. Probably owners having people leave them. The employees are extremely rude and refused to provide a box for an Amazon return where it didn’t at all say online I needed one, and they charged me $5 for a small bag to pack everything in — ridiculous!

The staff at this location are incredible! The place is always busy and they never get frazzled. Even at the end of the day, they’re friendly and efficient. BEST UPS store I’ve ever been to.
I’ve never experienced a more friendly, flexible, and professional team like Chanel and Cici! I don’t think anyone likes the hassle that comes with returning packages, but these two women made the experience both pleasurable and easy for me that I forgot I was going through the hassle of returning, ha! I’m looking forward to coming here more often.

I went to drop a package and ship another. I had to wait in line for a while. Turns out the other workers called out and Asia was working by herself. I'm mentioning her name.because she is a champ. Under insane pressure and non-stop costumers coming in she was so calm, collected, with a lot of patience and kind. Give this woman a raise for sure. Quality service.
I paid for a package to arrive in 3 days (Thursday) and and today the shiping appears that the estimated arrival day is Monday.
The employee who attended me said that if I did not arrive on Thursday, I would arrive on Friday, as it is estimated they could not ensure one day or another, I paid for it to arrive in 3 days and it is not true and they say that it may take 7 days or more. For me it is very important that you arrived today and at the latest on Friday, they do not care, I would pay today for you to arrive tomorrow but they do not give me that option.
I ask them to give me the address of where the package is located to communicate with them and they do not tell me either.
It is a real disaster.
On the phone if an employee has attended me well, although she has not solved ANYTHING for me.
