For the Canadians who use this great service - this is the definition of customer service. Great staff, problems always resolved. I wish canada's customer service was close to the service provided here.
Ship quickly then usps but Dont go by the website as it says open till 7pm waste my gas they close at 5pm
I had a shipment of 3 lights delivered there and because it arrived in three boxes they charged me $30 instead of $10. The worker claimed that all companies like this had this same rational and said "it is what it is". When I asked if he was concerned that I'd never use this store again for this sort of thing he was dismissive and unconcerned. They also quoted me $17 more than UPSs rate to forward it and I had to send them a screenshot to get them to lower it.
Yet another store with modified hours but don't update on the internet making ppl waste their time going there.
Very friendly staff! Very efficient and thankful they are available during pandemic. Thank you all and be safe, stay healthy!
